Ceasar was an excellent sales person, courteous, knowledgabe and friendly. \r Had a previous experience at same dealership that was not so pleasant and only came back due to Costco program. However, thanks to Ceasar we will consider Acura also in the future. more

Mike is a pro and I would hire him today! He was honest, straight forward, VERY likeable and actually cared that I was happy. Mike made sure I understood what I was buying and held my hand through the process all while making me feel good about my decision to purchase. The next day he made sure I knew how to use all the features on my new MDX and helped me with an issue after the sale that didn't benefit him in any why and could have sent me to another department. He returned calls after the sale with the same follow up skills as I was a prospect which is not the case most times after an auto sale. If you have an employee of the year it MUST BE Mike!!! I can tell you if it weren't for Mike I would have bought from another dealer. I would also like to recognize Marcin as an asset to the process and your team for his integrity and leadership.\r more

1st, my sales assoc. was not listed. Dan Sokovic helped us, and he was excellent! Probably my easiest auto purchase yet. I expected to be there for hours that night, getting home late. But to the contrary, I think we were done in about 2 hours, priceless! more

Straightforward discussion of the vehicle I wanted. Got a good estimate for my trade-in. \r Discussed the available cars at the dealership. Test drove the one like I wanted.\r First price for the new car was abit high, but we came to an agreement the following day.\r Mike is a good person to deal with and Marcin helped as well. more

Great Dealership 8/4/2014

Outstanding! Vladimir was very welcoming and provided all of the information we wanted. We have NEVER bought a car on the spot until this time, so that says a lot about Vladimir. We felt\r very confident and trusted him. He is very warm and caring and is not overbearing as many sales people. Vladimir was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us time alone to think and discuss without interruption. I was happy that he made a point to show us where the lounge area is located and offered a variety of snacks and drinks since we had not had lunch and were very thirsty. It was great to hear in detail about the services Acura provides.\r We have and MDX but some information about Acura's offerings was news for us. As I mentioned previously, this is the first time we actually purchased a car the same day we test drove it; my husband has always wanted a day or two to think about it in the past even if we were leaning toward a purchase. more

I'm not going to run my mouth on Arlington Acura; this is the best place in Chicago metropolitan to buy a car. My sale man (Cesar Roman?) was absolutely fantastic (friendly, professional, informative and able to answer every question in detail), he made our (both my parents and I, we purchased two MDX, tech & base) shopping experience easy and enjoyable.\r \r I love my new MDX, The SH-AWD provides a great driving experience, and the style of the car is just beautiful.\r \r I will definitely come back and recommend Arlington Acura to friends, particularly Cesar! more
