From the initial greeting through the entire process, Cesar was professional, honest and very informative. Cesar followed through on each of my questions and concerns. Very honest transaction all around with all pricing completely transparent as to what it would cost us. Very professional and no funny business at all. We had bought a new 2009 Honda Civic for my son from another dealership .Anyway, none of that took place at Arlington Acura. This is our third Acura we have bought from this dealership and if we purchase another it will be from them. more

We came in to purchase a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX and we ended up purchasing a New Vehicle - a New Acura RDX. Szymon Rola was the Sales consultant that helped us.Szymon had a very good understanding of entire process and was patient to understand our concerns and act accordingly. All that I can encourage this dealership to improve is to have more Financial consultants atleast around the end of the month. The wait for the Financial consultant was extremely long. The sales consultants and Managers are very good and are willing to help. more
