Mike is a pro and I would hire him today! He was honest, straight forward, VERY likeable and actually cared that I was happy. Mike made sure I understood what I was buying and held my hand through the process all while making me feel good about my decision to purchase. The next day he made sure I knew how to use all the features on my new MDX and helped me with an issue after the sale that didn't benefit him in any why and could have sent me to another department. He returned calls after the sale with the same follow up skills as I was a prospect which is not the case most times after an auto sale. If you have an employee of the year it MUST BE Mike!!! I can tell you if it weren't for Mike I would have bought from another dealer. I would also like to recognize Marcin as an asset to the process and your team for his integrity and leadership.\r
