very confident and trusted him. He is very warm and caring and is not overbearing as many sales people. Vladimir was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us time alone to think and discuss without interruption. I was happy that he made a point to show us where the lounge area is located and offered a variety of snacks and drinks since we had not had lunch and were very thirsty. It was great to hear in detail about the services Acura provides.\r
We have and MDX but some information about Acura's offerings was news for us. As I mentioned previously, this is the first time we actually purchased a car the same day we test drove it; my husband has always wanted a day or two to think about it in the past even if we were leaning toward a purchase.
