Booked with this company after researching online. We had 3 great movers. They moved our 4 bedroom home along with a Baby Grand Piano. They were friendly, efficient, and wasted no time. From the booking of the move with the office to the completion of our move was clear and easy. They have no hidden fees and did not charge me to use my credit card as payment. I felt my money was well spent and they don't charge a ridiculous amount of money like some quotes i had gotten. The price was fair, I will use them again. I hired this company to move my belongings in to a new house. Several items were damaged. I took pictures and submitted a damage claim report, as they instructed me to do. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process the damage claim. I contacted them after the allowed time because I hadn't heard anything. I was told the claim was processed and they were mailing me a check to cover the damages. I waited 2 weeks but did not receive anything in the mail. I contacted them AGAIN and was told the check was being mailed that day and I should receive it within 2 days. When I finally received the check, there was a letter accompanying it that stated only 2 of the 5 items damaged had been approved. I contacted them again inquiring why the other 3 items were not approved when I had taken pictures and provided clear evidence of the damage. No response. This company has horrible customer service and sketchy business ethics. I will NEVER uses them again or recommend them to anyone I know. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Discount Movers: We are working with this customer as we speak to resolve any issues that she may have had during our claim process for damages. We do take responsibility for the delays and not getting back to her in a timely manner. There were phone calls that she had made that did not get returned and we do apologize for that. The complaint that she has is mainly about how the claim was handled and we do apologize for any misunderstandings. We did send her a compensation check but unfortunately there was a couple items that she was not happy with so we are in the process of trying to make a resolution for her. We care about our customers and we care about their claims. We will do an update once we have resolved these claims. When we book a customer we go over the different options of valuation coverage for if any damage occurs during the move. Even though we used trained movers and also provide all of the protective material for free we are not perfect and damages do occur on occasion. When we booked this customer we did offer her the additional insurance which is at a cost and she declined the additional insurance. However by law we do provide free valuation coverage of $.60 per pound per article and that is what the customer had agreed to. So when we processed her claim there were five items she was claiming that had minor damage. The first being a dresser that had a couple small nicks on it. This is an item we denied because the movers have notated that it was pre-existing damage the Knicks are very small and could be easily repaired.Second was a cat tower. We denied this item because it’s made out of very cheap plyboard and cat towers are not meant to be moved put together so the item under stress during the move had cracked.The third was a massage chair We denied this item because the movers have notated before the move took place a pre-existing damage to this item.The fourth item was a mattress that had a small tear. We did honor this claim for this item and we compensated her with a check.Five was a sofa leg. We honored this item and this item was included in the compensation check as well.We did settle with her for two out of the five items. Mailed her a claim check that she did cash for those items. There is three items left that she is disputing and we’re working with her to get this resolved.Thank you more

This was a disappointing experience from the moment they stepped onto my property. 3 hours late and complained about everything!! The had a job before me, I had big stuff and I was moving into a 2 story house. Took them 8 hours and heard the complaining the entire time. They were careless with my stuff. Ended up with a cracked 55” TV that they claim was not due to move and contract. Bottom line was the whole experience was awful and they refunded 1 hour of poor satisfaction. I should have chosen better and moved my own TV but when you hire “professionals” you put a level of trust that things will be done with care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Poor customer service! more

Well it started out great. The people were super nice. the phone service great. They were on time and fast. Only problem the truck was not big enough so i did alot of the small stuff my self. URG! They damaged a wall in my office. then they broke a mirror in my bedroom. I had inquire two times to get an answer. so they gentlemen tells me how sick they were and they were behind. I dont care i want the damage fixed. so then he says he will send a drywall guy out unless i want to fix it my self? Uh No you damaged it you fix it. Then he tells me they dont cover glass or mirrors even tho they damaged it due to their carelessness. so he says I will give you $50 for the repair of the glass. I dont think this is very good customer service at all. I will not be using these people again and will not recommend them either. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Discount Movers: We appreciate all our customers, and we always try to resolve all claims as quickly as possible. This claim did take longer for us to process. We apologized to the customer for those delays. He was told why the delays had occurred. I was just a little bit confused when I read this review. The review is not truthful in the claim decision that we had came too. I have proof through our phone system that records all our customer service calls that shows we are processing this claim fully. So when I had read this review I was baffled because we had just talked to the customer just before he wrote this review. He states that we our not taking care of the claims. Which is the complete opposite of what we had settled with him. We verbally agreed over the phone just before this review was written that we would pay $100 have a glass company come out and repair the customers broken headboard to his bed. A mirrored piece had gotten broken during the move. Also a hole in the wall had happened during the move. We are contracted with vendors who repair walls and floors. We have a call into our vendor to contact this customer to get the wall repaired as well. Once I read this review I put a call into the customer, because I was so baffled on why he would state in this review the opposite of what he was told.Also we explain to all our customer that if a second trip is needed that they will be on the clock, but there is no added fees for a second trip. If the customer had wanted to pay for additional time for us to do a second trip we would have been more that happy too. He declined therefore the statement he made was that he had to move all the smaller items himself. A choice he made, and did not want to pay the additional time needed for us to go back. Yes, We took longer to get this claim processed, there were unintentionally circumstances that caused this delay. We were honest with our customer and explained to him what those circumstances were. The customer also stated that the mover were great, they did a great job, he was just "pissed off" his exact words, because of the time frame it took us to process his claim. We are sorry, and apologized to our customer for that delay. We hope him the best in the future. We our an A+ rated moving company that has been in business longer than most in the valley going on 42 years. We pride ourselves in maintaining an A+rating the entire time. We are far from perfect, but we do our best to be honest and fair with our customer. Again we our apologetic to our customer, and hope he does see some effort in us taking care of the claim accordingly. I hope he will eventually be honest and add to his review that we our taking care of his claim, which is the opposite of what he stated originally. more

Our move entailed moving from an apartment to an assisted living community. From the moment I spoke to William who set up the details, I felt that he was professional and very helpful. Our movers, Jose M. and Angel, were punctual, polite, and professional. Jose first reviewed all the details and cost of the move to be sure I understood the contract. He and Angel used packing techniques that allowed for a fast and efficient move from the old into the new apartment. I will use this company again requesting Jose and Angel to do the job. more
