Arizona Discount Movers

Alright so I just thought I owed it to theese guys to take a minute and tell you what a wonderful job they did.I have very large and heavy furniture as well as a one piece slate pool table that needed to be completely refelted.Theese guys made my furniture look light and the pool table looked better when they left than it did when I bought it new 5 years ago.They made my move go off without a hitch and made it more of a task than a nightmare.Theese guys will be the only ones who move me from here on out.Thanks!!!!! more

All of the men were great!I was and am very impressed with the care they took moving my furniture.Gary was awesome ,he was a great crew leader and all of the crew worked great together.They made my move fun and that is what made it great! more

Moving is a complete headache from start to finish. I already was nervous about using a moving company for the first time. However these guys were the least of my problems. They were on top of everything throughout the entire process from my fist call and getting a quote until all my furniture and boxes were safely in my new home. The actual movers were prompt polite and worked hard. I am very happy I choose this mover and will use them in the future. This was the worst move I have ever had, thanks to Arizona Discount movers. First, they were supposed to show up between 2pm and 4pm and they arrived at 5:30pm. Next one of the movers told me the wrong price and started to argue with me when I told him that I was quoted a different price. I then had to call the company and they honored what I was originally quoted. I told the mover this and he told me that my ONE Bedroom apartment was going to take them 7-8 hours to move and that they had been moving people all day, were tired and quite frankly moving me was a "giant pain in the ass". I immediately called his manager who called the mover and then lowered the price by $5. The mover then said"maybe if you call again and tell them that we are a bunch of jerks, they will give you the move for free". They then proceeded to tell my boyfriend that he needed to help(I think this is what we hired them for, so we did not have to move everything ourselves). Well they were so slow, that my boyfri more

They filled half the truck which could have fit my whole apartment, took twenty minutes to drive to the other side of the complex and then went back to fill up the rest. It took them SIX hours with the help we gave them. The company discounted me 30%, but by my calculations it should have been 50% because they sent two guys and we had to help. To add insult to injury, the next day when we went back to the old apartment the movers had not moved everything and they put my bed frame together wrong. In addition I had labeled the boxes and figured they would be placed in the room which was labeled on the box, the movers piled all of the boxes in one room! Moving is stressful enough, STAY AWAY from this company. more

The 4 guys they sent to move my piano were great.I have a very nice grand piano and the guys got it moved without a hitch.I was very impressed by their ability to handle such a large item in such a timely fashion. more
