Area Rug Cleaning Company came out and gave us an estimate on cleaning our area rugs. They were very friendly and when it was time to have the carpets cleaned they came and took them away. I didn't have to wait a long time at all. They were very professional, brought them back, and put them exactly the way they were. I'm very happy with their company. The carpets look great. This is the first time I have had our area rugs cleaned by them. I had gone somewhere else in the past that took weeks to clean the carpets and didn't pay attention to detail like Are Rug Cleaning Company did. more

Friendly, fast and professional! 11/8/2013

My handmade Oriental rug had not been cleaned in 13 years, and they made it look like new. Tom and Chris delivered my rug today - it took only a week for them to get it cleaned, faster than I expected. They were very friendly and professional, as was the person who set up the delivery time with me by phone. I would definitely recommend Area Rug Cleaning! more

Professional, honest, and work in a timely manner 10/30/2013

I have three wool, off-white area rugs in my house. We had a bit of a leak from our ceiling and it was rust colored. The Area Rug Cleaning Company was honest with me when I called. They said that they weren't sure they were going to be able to get the stains out but I told them to just do their best. They did a really nice job. It's not perfect but it was a severe stain and they did a more than adequate job under the circumstances. They came and picked up the three rugs and dropped them off in a timely manner. I was surprised at how quickly they worked--I got my rugs back in a few days. more

Good service, professional and friendly people! 10/25/2013

I've had Area Rug Cleaning Company clean an area rug or two over the years. They have also cleaned my furniture. I'm always satisfied with what they do. I actually have recommended them to friends on a couple of occasions. It's very easy getting in contact with them and their people are very professional and knowledgeable. I think they give good service. more

I have used Area Rug Cleaning Company, but not that frequently because most of my carpets are attached to my home. They say what they are going to do and the length of time it's going to take and are very good about giving me an idea of what the price is going to be and that sort of thing. I'm very satisfied; that's why I continue going. I've been using their service for maybe four years. They're friendly and I feel that they're very professional. If they tell you it's going to be ready at such and such a time, it's going to be ready then. I had taken something in a couple of weeks ago that I wanted done in five days, which they normally don't do. They managed to accommodate that deadline and I was able to pick the carpet up five days later. I really appreciated that. more

Good cleaning and helpful service. 9/25/2013

Area Rug Cleaning Company cleaned a rug for me and it turned out fine. It was just a small rug that I brought in. They were friendly and helpful. I think they do a good job; they did a good job for me. I am aware they also have a service to pick up larger rugs from your home, which is handy. I happened to have a smaller one that was easy to bring in. It didn't have stains or anything. It just hadn't been cleaned in the twenty years since I got it. They actually gave me some history about my rug while I was there. They told me where it was probably made based on what they could tell by looking at it, which I found interesting. more

This is the first time I've used Area Rug Cleaning Company for area rug cleaning. I had three rugs done. They were just beautiful when we got them back. They came and picked them up and brought them back and put them right back in their place. It was very nice. The people were very helpful. Just give them a try; it's well worth it. more

Area Rug Cleaning Company cleaned and repaired a rug. They seemed knowledgeable about anything and they made me feel confident in their work. When we saw their whole operation, bringing our rug in, they really impressed us. So, we had them both clean and repair it. They exude confidence and know what they are doing with oriental rugs. more

Wonderful job done on my oriental rug 7/12/2013

I inherited an oriental rug which I did not know the history of its cleaning. After having a pet on it and having mishaps, I thought the rug was "a goner." I watched the video on Area Rug/Wolverine's website and was so impressed with the cleaning method and explanation, I decided to have them clean my rug. I was thrilled and impressed with the results. I will definitely use them again. more

Area Rug Cleaning Company is very professional. I would say that the quality of the carpet looks good but I don't think I would say excellent. They are on time and have good customer service. Some rugs do not dramatically display a visual difference after cleaning. This may be due to a variety of elements: Environmental effects; age; and rug construction. Qualified, reputable, quality work and prompt in service received. 5/7/2013

Area Rug Cleaning Company is a local business in Ann Arbor with a good reputation. I went to their location to look at their system and saw them do a demonstration. When I saw how well the rugs are cleaned and the care they take while doing it, I was sold. I needed 5 braided rugs cleaned. They did the work properly and in the time they told me it would be finished. The staff is knowledgeable and gave exact answers to my questions. I would go back again. more

I recently took a small 3X4 rug to Area Rug Cleaning Company. I wanted to have it cleaned up before putting it away. I've had the rug for several years and it has never been cleaned. The staff told me a little about where my rug had probably came from, which was nice. I have no complaints. more

We had a number of carpets cleaned and they did a very good job on all. 4/26/2013

The people at Area Rug Cleaning Company are very knowledgeable. We have several middle eastern rugs in our home, some of them handmade, and we appreciate having knowledgeable people care for them. We did cross a few bumps the last time we had rugs in there because they are just antiques and the stains required their staff to spend some extra time on them. However, I understand that the delay was due to them having to put extra effort into those products. Overall, they did a very nice job and they are very nice people to work with. RESPONSE FROM Area Rug Cleaning Company: Pet accidents caused some dye migration that we felt that we could correct by spending more time on two of the rugs among the many we were entrusted to wash. They are great. 3/1/2013

I found Area Rug Cleaning Company after the company I was previously using went out of business. They are super responsive and cover all the basics when it comes to communication. I had them clean a big area rug. I took the rug in and I was able to see how their service actually works. I spoke with Travis and he was very professional. He was able to remove some pretty bad spots. Coincidentally, they were just here cleaning the sofa and they took another one of my rug with them to clean. I am very happy with them, enough to keep giving them my business. more
