Review content:
The people at Area Rug Cleaning Company are very knowledgeable. We have several middle eastern rugs in our home, some of them handmade, and we appreciate having knowledgeable people care for them.
We did cross a few bumps the last time we had rugs in there because they are just antiques and the stains required their staff to spend some extra time on them. However, I understand that the delay was due to them having to put extra effort into those products. Overall, they did a very nice job and they are very nice people to work with.
RESPONSE FROM Area Rug Cleaning Company:
Pet accidents caused some dye migration that we felt that we could correct by spending more time on two of the rugs among the many we were entrusted to wash. We thank our client's for putting their trust in us. Respectfully, Tom Monahan, Master Rug Cleaner.
