Area Rug Cleaning Company is very professional. I would say that the quality of the carpet looks good but I don't think I would say excellent. They are on time and have good customer service.

We regret that in this case we were not able to achieve a 5 stars award, and must settle for 4 stars. Some rugs do not dramatically display a visual difference after cleaning. This may be due to a variety of elements: Environmental effects; age; and rug construction. Thank you for observing the quality of our cleaning as good. We will continue to strive for excellence.
