I have used Area Rug Cleaning Company, but not that frequently because most of my carpets are attached to my home. They say what they are going to do and the length of time it's going to take and are very good about giving me an idea of what the price is going to be and that sort of thing. I'm very satisfied; that's why I continue going. I've been using their service for maybe four years.
They're friendly and I feel that they're very professional. If they tell you it's going to be ready at such and such a time, it's going to be ready then. I had taken something in a couple of weeks ago that I wanted done in five days, which they normally don't do. They managed to accommodate that deadline and I was able to pick the carpet up five days later. I really appreciated that.
