This was the best car experience i've ever had, I came in with my brother just to look at cars with him. I was not looking to purchase. Our sales person was Jeff Brown, I liked him from the beginning, he was honest and he made me feel like as customers we come first. Needless to say I saw a car that I liked and I came back the same night to test drive the car and bought it the next day.... As a retail manager this was superior customer service from beginning to the end with Patrick, I'm now a new loyal customer to Archer Volkswagen.
