I always have a great experience when I take my van in to be serviced at Archer. Sam Yem is very attentive, documents all issues when I drop off my van and makes sure he understands all issues to be serviced. He is in close contact with you throughout the duration of service and makes sure I have transportation to my job or home, and if needed, a loaner/rental car if my van is kept overnight. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful in the service department, and showroom as well. more

I liked the fact that when I went in to have my tires checked out, I was able to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. The young man that initially helped me and set up my appointment was very helpful in showing me several kinds of tires for my vehicle. Also, when my vehicle was returned to me, it had been washed and the floor vaccumed. more

Service person came up to me as soon as I exited the vehicle at the Service entrance and asked what I needed. No hassles, just told me how long and directed me to the waiting area. The car was ready ahead of time and payment was easy and fast too. Archer has a well deserved reputation for excellent service. more
