Daniel--my service rep always, always takes very good care of me and my car. If I ask if there are any specials or coupons available for the work needed he always assist if available. Daniel is the reason that I continue to come to Archer for service. I can always expect him to give me a straight and honest answer to my vehicles service needs. I appreciate his loyalty to me!! more

Johnnie Bass made our experience at Archer VW a truly enjoyable one, and that is saying a lot because typically I am not fond of car dealerships and the car/buying leasing experience. It is usually accompanied by pushy and aggressive sales persons, but johnnie was quite the opposite.
