The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put ...

Plumbing 10/13/2016

Dave was a rockstar. He installed my water heater in a little over an hour and he left my house cleaner then it was before he arrived. He was very personable and professional. Trevor has been to our cabin to pick our equipment for winter storage and then to reinstall it in the spring. He is a very pleasant person and it is obvious that he knows what he is doing. He is the third person to do work on our Kinetico system and he has been the best of the three. We look forward to his return this next spring. He is pleasant to have at our cabin and we trust him to do the job properly. He has our highest recommendation. more

Awesome Service 10/2/2016

Trevor came in and explained all about the Kinetico system I have he then cleaned the filter container and put a new filter on. He and Aryan both put shoe covers on when they came in.He also explained what I need for under my sink drinking water filter which is not a Kinetico system. I would recommend them all the time and also recommend using Kinetico for hard water. more

Great service by Mike C 9/20/2016

Mike was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and courteous!! He kindly called to let us know that he was on his way. Arrived right on time, took the salt down and filled the softener. Then he was more than happy and willing to help my husband change the filter and check over the entire system. He was terrific!!!! 5 stars and more!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Kinetico softener 8/12/2016

I've only had the system for one week but have noticed the difference in the feel of it and the results of laundering and bathing etc. I know I'm going to love the fact that I now have soft water. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and informative. more

Kinetico water system 8/11/2016

Could not have asked for better service. Kevan the water specialist was exactly that. Very informed, low key and careful to explain all aspects of the equipment. He spent two full hours with us, explaining every aspect of both the water softener and the reverse osmosis drinking water system. Justin came just a few days later and did the installation. Again, very courteous and efficient, completing the entire installation in about four hours. Both Kevan and Justin were careful at all times to wear booties when inside our house. When Justin finished his installation, he cleaned up the entire work area and we were left with a system that so far has exceeded our expectations. We are very satisfied with their team. more

Great service 8/4/2016

The Aquarius service team are great about calling ahead to remind of upcoming apps. They send photos of the service tech who will be coming. The service tech calls when they are within 30 minutes of arrival. They explain everything about the service call and go over the results of any testing. They also leave everything as they found it. Overall, a great experience. more

Aquarius Water conditioning 7/5/2016

Jeremy was extremely helpful in identifying what our water problems were and providing us with explanations of what the solutions were. He set us up with the right equipment to filter out our mineral issues and conditioned our water to the excellent quality it is now. Kinetico sent a very competent installation technician named Adam who did a great job of installing the equipment. We notice the improved water quality immediately Jeremy recently followed up with a test of our water systems to make sure everything was working. he also took the time to go over how to operate and maintain the equipment, for which we are grateful. We thank Jeremy, Adam and Kinetico greatly for the great water system! more

His explanations of equipment functions is easy to understand, and when performing normal maintenance on our equipment he is always very thorough in making certain every aspect of the equipment is operating perfectly.
