Joe K was out to our house twice to service our water conditioner. He was very professional, explained the problem and gave us three options to remedy the problem. Joe gave us a week to decide which option to choose. We made our choice and hope the conditioner problem is resolved. We highly recommend Joe! more

New water softener and filter system. 12/2/2017

Mike did a great job installing the new system. Called before arriving, did the install in the time frame he said. Explained what he did and explained how to maintain it. No problems whatsoever with the new system. Scheduling through Monica was quick and easy. Good job by all! more

NO service!! 11/14/2017

The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put it in right away. We pay for this service because my husband can't get the salt anymore. The water got better but everything that uses the water was still getting rusty. Then it turned to really rusty water and stained everything!! Again we called and could not get service for 2 weeks. Everything got ruined, the toilet, sinks, dishwasher, (1 year old) and our washer. We couldn't use the water to wash our clothes because they turned brown. When the serviceman finally came he found a piece of insulation caught in it and prevented it from cycling. We asked about some compensation and he said NO, he didn't think so. We have asked them to contact us but NOT one response. I wouldn't recommend their company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are anxious to SELL the WATER SOFTENER at a very high price, but don't back up the service we pay for every month! We still owe almost $6000 on it. more

Follow up 8/6/2017

We had a sales rep at our new home to help purchase the correct system and mentioned that we currently have a Kinetico water softener at our cabin but have noticed that it never needs salt added and think that there may be a salt bridge preventing it from working properly. Our sales rep made a call and we received service the next time we were there and problem was solved. It was so nice to not have to make a few calls and have it taken care by Aquarius. I call that great service! The service tech was very efficient, thanks. more

Kinetico water system 7/27/2017

I never had soft water before, and awesome to have perfectly clean water for our baby. We couldn't even wash our clothes or power wash the house without rust standing before the system was installed, now it's awesome! Thank you Dave Frechette. more

Mike T. was very professional, and knowledgeable about our water system. He took the time to go over any questions and concerns I had. Jon was also very helpful with the multiple bags of salt needed to be brought in to our home. Both technicians were friendly, and neat. No mess! Very happy with their service! more

Kinnectico service 5/4/2017

Our last technician, Matt, was very good and solved our problem. About a month prior we had a technician out because we felt our system was not using salt. He tested the water and said everything looked good. Matt tested the water a month later and said it appeared hard. Found a clogged valve in our system. We paid the first technician 80.00 for no solution and feel it was not right. more
