The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put it in right away. We pay for this service because my husband can't get the salt anymore. The water got better but everything that uses the water was still getting rusty. Then it turned to really rusty water and stained everything!! Again we called and could not get service for 2 weeks. Everything got ruined, the toilet, sinks, dishwasher, (1 year old) and our washer. We couldn't use the water to wash our clothes because they turned brown. When the serviceman finally came he found a piece of insulation caught in it and prevented it from cycling. We asked about some compensation and he said NO, he didn't think so. We have asked them to contact us but NOT one response. I wouldn't recommend their company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are anxious to SELL the WATER SOFTENER at a very high price, but don't back up the service we pay for every month! We still owe almost $6000 on it.
