The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put ...

Aryn B. was great! I asked him some questions and he was so professional and polite and explained the system in terms I could understand. I think he's a stellar representative of Aquarius and I would highly recommend him!! He did a great job changing out the filters, adding salt, checking the status of the water. Kinetico water 12/9/2016

My water stunk, was dirty, and it was never soft. Dave Frechette from Kinetico came out and put a new system in my house, and it's the best water I've ever had in my life, and now I actually drink the water instead of bottled water. Thanks Dave and thank you Kinetico, you are the best! more

Dave Frechette came out to evaluate our water, was extremely professional, and gave us a very informative evaluation and solution to our water issues. Kinetico System 12/9/2016

Night and day difference in my water. I can see the bottom of my bath tub, draw a clear glass/pan of water for drinking /boiling, and finally wash my whites at home without ruining clothes! My Kinetico contact Dave answered all my questions and is a local! Dave genuinely cared about my water issue, truly a professional and I appreciate the follow up after the sale ensuring my satisfaction to date, thanks! more

Fixed my horrible water 11/29/2016

Bryan was fantastic to work with. We put our system back in April. Our last system did not work well, it used a lot of salt and the water felt hard at times not to mention it used a ton of salt. The new system is excellent. I never get the hard water feeling and my iron staining never reapear like the old system. The drinking water is outstanding also. Aquarius has great employees, the process and customer service was outstanding. more

Service was Eric was prompt, efficient, and excellent. I have absolutely no complaints about Eric's service. However, the overall service from your company has been on a downhill slide ever since you started getting bigger. You need to help your service folks know more about your business, NOT just how to use some electronic call-answering system to record and measure service. more

Couldn't Be Better 11/10/2016
