Best

Tankless water heaters were a mystery to me, until these guys explained everything and I let them install one. They were so efficient and so thorough that I would recommend them ...

Worst

My sump pump stopped working on the weekend (although ours only is needed for the washing machine water). But we didn't want to have to miss work and have someone come out Monday...

Tankless water heaters 4/3/2012

Tankless water heaters were a mystery to me, until these guys explained everything and I let them install one. They were so efficient and so thorough that I would recommend them to anyone, anytime, anywhere. And I love my tankless! more

I'm a happy customer 2/7/2012

Jason from AquaTech used booties and tarps at my house. I?m pretty picky about my home, but I shouldn?t have worried. He was very careful and meticulous about his work ? he acted like it was his own house. Well worth their fee, which wasn?t out of line at all. And I would definitely use them again. more

Very Happy! 7/30/2010

I am extremley happy that I found Aquatech! My water heater was leaking so I began calling plumbers and was told high prices or large arrival windows. I was relieved to hear such a friendly voice at Aquatech. They sent over a plumber right away who was wonderful! He replaced my water heater in no time and the cost was less then what I expected! I can't say enough good things about this company and always use and refer them! more

DO NOT USE! 7/9/2010

DO NOT USE!!! We called the plumber because our kitchen faucet handle was broken. He told us that it was "all broken inside" and that we should buy a new faucet and replace the whole thing. This is a TOP OF THE LINE $500plus MOEN faucet, and only five years old!!! He told us that he would charge $429 to install it, and that their "rates are competitive" (Loews does it for $149!!!)!!! We called Moen the next day, and they told us they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (something that a plumber should know) and they shipped us the new parts for free! We were able, with NO plumbing experience, to install the new parts ourselves in 30 minutes and almost no effort! All that was broken was one tiny plastic piece, but Aquatech wanted us to spend A THOUSAND DOLLARS! Go to the hardware stores and talk to the guys there...it saved us a TREMENDOUS amount of money! more

Capable but expensive 11/30/2009

My sump pump stopped working on the weekend (although ours only is needed for the washing machine water). But we didn't want to have to miss work and have someone come out Monday, so we called them on a Sunday morning. Their yellow pages ad mentions they don't charge extra for evenings and weekends. They came out promptly and installed a new sump pump, didn't take all that long and the technician was courteous. But the price seemed very steep to me ($795), so I guess you really pay a lot to have someone come out on a Sunday, even though it may be their standard rate (so their standard rate must be very high). The labor vs parts cost was not separated on the invoice. If this happens again, we'll wait until a weekday and call someone else, simply because Aquatech's price makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. more

Patient and Knowledgeable about Tankless Water Heaters 10/12/2008

This company has excellent service. When I was trying to decide whether to install a tankless water heater or not, the guy that came to give me an estimate really knew his stuff. He was so patient. He didn't push me, which I appreciated. It's a big expense and I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. He even came out twice at my request to help make sure before I purchased that I was going to get value from it. I appreciated his patience with me. And I'm very happy with my new tankless water heater. more

AquaTech knew what 5 other plumbers didn't and never charged a dime 7/28/2008

AquaTech Plumbing is great! I won't use anyone else again. We had 5 plumbing companies try to find why we had such a bad odor in our home. NONE of them could figure it out and they all charged us for the call. The AquaTech plumber told me what was wrong in 5 minutes! And didn't even charge me. He looked at the main sewer stack vent on the roof of my townhouse and said it was too close to my furnace vent. This was pulling sewer gas into the house. He said my association could probably move it for me. And they did. My problem is gone thanks to them and the know how they had that the other plumbers didn't. I have my plumber for life. more

Emergency plumbing 12/3/2007

I don't mind paying 4 1/2 times the the price for a sump pump on a sunday when it's raining and the water is 6 inches from the top of the well. What I didn't like was the unprofessional way they went about charging me. The charge was higher than I normally charge, my visa company put a freeze on the charge. Aquatech continued to charge for lesser amounts, 3 times. Now my visa co. doesn't like seeing that, so they decline untill they hear from me, nice to know citi visa is protecting me. Now these yahoos(aquatech) are calling me at 10:00 at night. I'm not sure but I don't think they can call after 9:00. Very amature, will never use them again, would advise anyone against it. more

Great for Emergency Services 12/29/2005

I called them when I was unable to fix a leakage and they accommodated us in emergency and arrived promptly. They fixed the leakage in no times and charged us very reasonable price. Have used them again since them and have been always been satisfied with the quality of work. They will even work on weekend, which is great as if we always almost never have time during the week. more

Plumbing: A+ 11/26/2005

if you have some plumbing problems at your home that are too complex for you to handle on your own then you should call Aquatech Plumbing and get some professionals who will do it at a low price and in a short time. If your toilet is plugged up or your water is leaking then just call universal Aquatech Plumbing. They came the next day and they also come during weekend and special holidays. Very nice and prompt and called ahead too. more
