I don't mind paying 4 1/2 times the the price for a sump pump on a sunday when it's raining and the water is 6 inches from the top of the well. What I didn't like was the unprofessional way they went about charging me. The charge was higher than I normally charge, my visa company put a freeze on the charge. Aquatech continued to charge for lesser amounts, 3 times. Now my visa co. doesn't like seeing that, so they decline untill they hear from me, nice to know citi visa is protecting me. Now these yahoos(aquatech) are calling me at 10:00 at night. I'm not sure but I don't think they can call after 9:00. Very amature, will never use them again, would advise anyone against it.
