DO NOT USE!!! We called the plumber because our kitchen faucet handle was broken. He told us that it was ""all broken inside"" and that we should buy a new faucet and replace the whole thing. This is a TOP OF THE LINE $500plus MOEN faucet, and only five years old!!! He told us that he would charge $429 to install it, and that their ""rates are competitive"" (Loews does it for $149!!!)!!! We called Moen the next day, and they told us they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (something that a plumber should know) and they shipped us the new parts for free! We were able, with NO plumbing experience, to install the new parts ourselves in 30 minutes and almost no effort! All that was broken was one tiny plastic piece, but Aquatech wanted us to spend A THOUSAND DOLLARS! Go to the hardware stores and talk to the guys there...it saved us a TREMENDOUS amount of money!
Cons: Tried to cost us $1000 for a free fix!
