Our old hot water tank finally began to leak on Sunday Sept. 23, 2018. At around noon, I e-mailed Appleton-Campbell and asked them to install a new tank as soon as possible, and would they honor an estimate (or something close to it) that I had from them six months ago. Within 24 hours the big old tank was removed and a new one installed, at close to the original estimate, and we are very happy indeed, as always, with the rapid action and great professional service of Appleton-Campbell!!
