Best

I received excellent service at Apple Ford Quck Lane today. They were willing and able to correct issues with the TPMS on my Expedition's wheels caused by a tire store. They could...

Worst

From the time I stepped into the door the salesman (like buzzards on rotting meat) to the so called upper management was the worst I've every experienced. Every department didn't...

Terrible Dealership 3/25/2010

I bought an used F-250 Pickup from Apple Ford in Dec. 2009. On the drive home the ABS light came on. So I called the dealership and got an appointment to bring the truck in to get it fixed 3 days later. I get in the truck to take it to the appointment and it won't start. I call the dealership and they come and tow the truck to be serviced. they had to replace an alternator. I go and pick the truck up 2 the following day and I am no more then 10 miles from the dealership when the ABS light comes on AGAIN! I call and leave voicemails for both the salesman that sold me the truck and the Used Car Manager multiple times and never get a call back. I call and to make and appointment to get the truck fixed and this time am able to drive it down there. They give me a car to go run some errands with NO gas in it! I am stuck with that car till the next day so I had to pay for gas in it. Needless to say after 3 trips to the Service Center they finally got it right, and the only person that ever returned any of my calls or called me back was the person servicing the vehicle. I would never buy a vehicle from them again. Pros: None Cons: Customer service, service department more

Still Mad 11/6/2009

I bought a SUV from Apple Ford this year. Besides having pushy salesman who kept telling me what a good deal I was getting, it appeared as a typical dealership. Then the problems started. I had a spill in my car that stained my carpets and caused my car to smell. Apple Ford did everything they could to get out of the warranty I purchased for my carpet. After much complaining, they at least gave me one of their cars to drive around in until my car got fixed. Well, that didn't last long. They were constantly calling me at work telling me I had to return the loaner car because they sold it. I switched cars with them only for this to happen again. It was such a pain to leave work in the middle of the day that I told them I didn't want another car. In the end, I was stuck paying $1,000 to get my carpets replaced. The general manager "Chip" was unappreciative and arrogant. I would NEVER buy anything from them again!! more

DO NOT BUY FROM APPLE FORD! 7/28/2009

We bought a 2005 E350 at the end of december of 2005. After the purchase, on the drive home, we noticed an odd noise from the engine. My dad has bought and used FORD Econolines for his work doing hardwood flooring for the past twenty years. He was a loyal customer to Ford. He returned it to the service dept. the next day, and they told him it was the noise the turbo makes. My dad insisted that it is not the turbo but they told him that he does not know what he is talking about. In november of 2007, the FORD E350, with just under 60,000 miles, the van stopped in the middle of the highway. The van would just lose power, no matter how much the accelerator was pushed, and the van eventually comes to a stop and the engine shuts off and steering wheel locks up. I have almost caused many major accidents, the worst being when I had to try and turn into an intersection, when the van lost power and steering wheel locked up. the van's front half was in the opposing lane of traffic for TEN MINUTE more

Its a car dealership. 1/6/2009

I like Apple Ford I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and have bought new and used cars from here a couple times. I really like their customer for life program with free oil changes and car washes. I have never felt like they didnt want me there or were trying to push me off onto someone else like other dealerships have done. However I am not the biggest fan of their service department if you need major surgery done on your vehicle. No one knew what was wrong with my car they would insist on certain things that were wrong with it that I knew were not ( I used to work on cars so its not just guess') And it also seemed like there was something extra that they happen to find that needed fixing. As far as pricing goes it really depends on what you are looking for, used cars seem to have a good price but some of their parts prices are questionable to me. more

BEWARE of deception 11/6/2008

Had to walk away from a car we wanted after sales people rescinded on a certain figure. After a phone quote which we were willing to go with, we went into a buy the vehicle only to find they lied and were still asking a grand above what we heard on the phone. Then were accused of twisting their words. Then we were offered several hundred dollars less than what they had written, only several moments later to be told, sorry we can't do that anymore. Wanted the car, but on principle had to walk because if they lied about the price, would hate to know what they lied about in the car itself. more

Mixed Service 10/1/2008

I have had mixed experiences at Apple Ford. The service department is pretty good. They get you in and out quickly when you drop off your car for service. Unlike a lot of dealers I have been to they do not try to sell you every air filter, wiper, or fluid change possible. I have been pretty happy with their service as far as dealers go. However, I went there looking to buy a used car and I was passed from salesman to salesman with less and less experience until I got the new guy. He was very, very nice but knew nothing about the cars on the lot. I didn't go back to look for a car there. more

Good dealership 8/25/2008

I've gotten one explorer here and was very pleased with my treatment. I use their service department as well - but it seems expensive when I go there. Seems something extra is always needing fixing more
