Apex Duct And Chimney Cleaning

This company delivered professional services at very reasonable prices. We were shopping around getting price quotes for duct cleaning and chimney cleaning. This company had very good prices and it was an added bonus when we found out that they were also certified in the services they provide. The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to answer most of our questions. Later that day a technician followed up our call and completely answered all of our questions. We also found out that this company also does dryer cleaning as well. I was so impressed with their knowledge we decided to have the duct and chimney done and have the dryer looked at while they were here. I was so shocked when the technician said we didn't need the dryer cleaned at this time. The duct and chimney cleaning took about 4 or 5 hours to do but, the technician told me they only do the job one way and that is the right way the first time. At first I thought it would only take about 1 hour or so. The tech told me that for most homes it normally takes a min. of 3hrs to do and if a company says they can clean the ENTIRE system for less than $200 to be careful and buyer beware! With the great service and information provided by this company. I was also totally blown away when I got a followup phone call a few days after the services were done asking how we liked the service and if we knew of anything we could improve on...WOW! I never had a service company that provided this kind of service, customer service and also genuinely cared about it's customers. more

We were shopping around for a chimney cleaning and air duct service. While this company was not the least expensive their service was the BEST I have ever experienced. The guy Michael was very detail orientated and very careful about moving our things in our home and making a mess. He answered all of our questions and we found their company's website was very informative. This company's excellent customer service unfortunately is at a level you don't see from many companies anymore. They even called us a few days later to see how things were going and if we had any suggestions to improve the services. We're having our dryer cleaned next month and we know who we're using! I had my chimney and dryer cleaned. Our dryer wasn't working at all. We bought a new dryer and it was actually working worse. When the appliance man came out he checked it and told us we needed to have vent cleaned. We called around and decided on using this company because 1) their prices were reasonable. 2) Very polite and informative. It has been awhile since we had our chimney cleaned and they even had a special for both saving us even more! My husband and I were astonished at how much lint was removed. This young man was very nice and replaced the tube behind the dryer informing us that it was a fire hazard and shouldn't have been used. We couldn't believe that the appliance guy didn't catch that. The guy from Apex told us they use that because it's easier for them to install at the owners expense. Well they're going to hear from me. We paid a lot of money to have it installed RIGHT! Apex's web site goes into details regarding the correct tube to use. We are planning on having this company come out next month to do our air ducts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone needing their services. Extremely professional and polite. more

I had our dryer and chimney done. Our dryer was taking forever to dry a load of clothes but the dryer was so hot to the touch. My wife was afraid it was going to catch on fire. I called around and found this company had reasonable prices and their web site was loaded with information about all of their services. They had a special where they clean the dryer and chimney saving us $40. We decided to have both done since we have not had the chimney done in a very long time. Wow, first I could not believe how much lint the guy removed from the dryer and then the chimney had a lot of soot also. They put us into their system to give us a call in a year to see how things are going. I was very impressed with how the office person answered all of our questions and how professional the guy that actually came out to do the work. Their objective is customer satisfaction, well this is one customer that is satisfied. I got a couple extra cards from the service guy and passed them along to our neighbors. This is an excellent family run business, I read a ton of great reviews on this company. The service man that showed up was clean, on time, knew his stuff and was an honest and very pleasant guy. We were able to get an appointment on the next day of my call, he gave us a more than fair price. That was a plus to great service. I will use them again in the future and recommend this company to ANYONE who wants great service at a fair price! more
