I had my chimney and dryer cleaned. Our dryer wasn't working at all. We bought a new dryer and it was actually working worse. When the appliance man came out he checked it and told us we needed to have vent cleaned. We called around and decided on using this company because 1) their prices were reasonable. 2) Very polite and informative. It has been awhile since we had our chimney cleaned and they even had a special for both saving us even more! My husband and I were astonished at how much lint was removed. This young man was very nice and replaced the tube behind the dryer informing us that it was a fire hazard and shouldn't have been used. We couldn't believe that the appliance guy didn't catch that. The guy from Apex told us they use that because it's easier for them to install at the owners expense. Well they're going to hear from me. We paid a lot of money to have it installed RIGHT! Apex's web site goes into details regarding the correct tube to use. We are planning on having this company come out next month to do our air ducts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone needing their services. Extremely professional and polite.
