This company delivered professional services at very reasonable prices. We were shopping around getting price quotes for duct cleaning and chimney cleaning. This company had very good prices and it was an added bonus when we found out that they were also certified in the services they provide. The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to answer most of our questions. Later that day a technician followed up our call and completely answered all of our questions. We also found out that this company also does dryer cleaning as well. I was so impressed with their knowledge we decided to have the duct and chimney done and have the dryer looked at while they were here. I was so shocked when the technician said we didn't need the dryer cleaned at this time. The duct and chimney cleaning took about 4 or 5 hours to do but, the technician told me they only do the job one way and that is the right way the first time. At first I thought it would only take about 1 hour or so. The tech told me that for most homes it normally takes a min. of 3hrs to do and if a company says they can clean the ENTIRE system for less than $200 to be careful and buyer beware! With the great service and information provided by this company. I was also totally blown away when I got a followup phone call a few days after the services were done asking how we liked the service and if we knew of anything we could improve on...WOW! I never had a service company that provided this kind of service, customer service and also genuinely cared about it's customers.
