I had our dryer and chimney done. Our dryer was taking forever to dry a load of clothes but the dryer was so hot to the touch. My wife was afraid it was going to catch on fire. I called around and found this company had reasonable prices and their web site was loaded with information about all of their services. They had a special where they clean the dryer and chimney saving us $40. We decided to have both done since we have not had the chimney done in a very long time. Wow, first I could not believe how much lint the guy removed from the dryer and then the chimney had a lot of soot also. They put us into their system to give us a call in a year to see how things are going. I was very impressed with how the office person answered all of our questions and how professional the guy that actually came out to do the work. Their objective is customer satisfaction, well this is one customer that is satisfied. I got a couple extra cards from the service guy and passed them along to our neighbors. Thanks again, Michael and Apex Staff.
