I just replaced all of the windows in my 1940's house. I selected APCO based on previous experience with them, product options, and cost. Communications with APCO were great, keeping me updated on timing and contacts. The team that did the installation was polite, print, and professional. Great attention to detail inside and out. more

The appointment scheduling was the hardest part, everyone seems very busy. Chad arrived on time and was professional. He did not hurry me and listened to my concerns. Thank you! He seemed to understand the situation quickly and went about his tasks quickly. Chad seems knowledgeable and knew just what he would need to complete the job. He also offered suggestions along the way which I appreciate. I would recommend Chad for future work. more

John/sales was great. Very responsive timely friendly helpful. Carlos and team were very customer friendly considerate listened to all my concerns and explained everything I'll wanted. Jerry was a bit delayed on getting back to me on screens and final gutter fix. But in the end he was very customer supportive and followed through quickly when he was on project. Emily and Lorraine were very customer friendly also. It was a really good experience working with the APCO team Thanks All! more

Steve has been to my home before .... He is always friendly and knows the product. I know the job will be done correctly and any questions I have he knows the answer. I was happy to see it was Steve when the Apco truck pulled up! Jim Caton couldn't of been more understanding and ready to go the extra mile for me. This was the 9th Marvin window I have had replaced since 2010. Jim took care of ordering and I had my new window in no time. Thank you. more

I was told the installers would arrive around 9 am they didn't arrive until 1pm. They were not well prepared and had to leave I believe twice for something additional. They didn't conclude the job until close to 7pm as a result. The small window is nice but there is more frame and less glass than we were expecting. Overall it is good. more

Great crew, did an excellent job. No sign they were here upon completion. (Except of course for the new gutters). Crew kept me informed and asked questions regarding preferences and requirements. Would recommend to others...if fact I already have. more

Overall, everything was good. The only thing that could be improved upon is scheduling. We were told 5-6 weeks and it turned out to be 2 weeks from signing the paperwork. Also, since the gutters were to be done by a different crew, there was some lag time in between where we didn't know what was going on. it was hard for us to plan with short notice. more
