The window looks great :) Because you'd told us he was closing on a home, we gave him a small tray to commemorate the event. Over time APCO has done our roof, siding, house wrap, patio door and now our first half of window replacements. Every job was done well from start to finish by good craftsmen and sales folks. When I like you to do a job I feel confident that I will get what I paid for, well done and in a timely manner. Every one of your people at every step knew exactly what they were doing with install confidence in a homeowner customer. I was just a bit disappointed in the woof of the Marvin Windows. I had to accept that modern wood is not the quality of old and well stain accordingly. Marvin should be aware. more

I was given a high recommendation for APCO by my children and you lived up to every accolade. Sales presentation was informative and low key. Order time was true to schedule. Old window removal and installation was timely and efficient. Sales rep, office personal, installers- all friendly and professional. Thank you for a job well done. I love my two new windows. more

The crew was here with a service call. The siding was replaced in 2010 after a major storm. A section of the roof and siding was not installed properly. Apco honored their warranty and Steve and Chad did a great job. There were a few other issues with the siding that they fixed while they were here. more

Another great APCO experience. I needed an adjustment to a downspout that was installed by APCO in Nov. 2014. Tim returned my voicemail and set up an appointment for the tech to come the following day - I was pleased it would be so soon. Appointment was for 12-1. Chad left me a voicemail that he could come earlier at 11. I didn't get message until 11:30 and returned his phone call to say I couldn't be there until 12:00. He was very friendly and waited - that never happens! Other company's employees would have left. Chad fixed the problem immediately. He was professional and friendly. It poured rain 2 hours later and there were no problems. more

Chad did a GREAT job! He called to let me know he was going to be 15 minutes late (which was only 10). Very personable. He took pictures and showed me other damage that he saw (& repaired). Really appreciated that. He also made other maintenance recommendations, which I also appreciated. I would definitely recommend Chad & your company. Thank you! more

Screws originally used were not of good quality. Chad was very good when working in or near my flower beds. Listened as I explained the problems and was very polite. Jim was very helpful too. more

Thank you for the service yesterday despite the weather. When the technician pulled in the driveway it was raining. As soon as it stopped, he was right at it. He explained what he was doing and I appreciated that. He was very helpful and very polite. more

Installers were professional and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. They were very thorough with clean-up and reinstalled my blinds and curtains rods. They seemed to follow safety standards. I really appreciate that they removed the windows they were to install around the same time to keep the whole house fro airing out. It helped not have all the A/C run out the windows. From outside the new brick mold and added sill are a very classy touch. Love the 45 mitered corners of all the work too. makes it look great. more
