I was told the installers would arrive around 9 am they didn't arrive until 1pm. They were not well prepared and had to leave I believe twice for something additional. They didn't conclude the job until close to 7pm as a result. The small window is nice but there is more frame and less glass than we were expecting. Overall it is good.
