Nick Ulrich is Great! 4/4/2011

Nick Ulrich was definitely awesome. I was about a month out of moving out of my folks place and was still relatively new to Austin. I really didn't know exactly where to go or where to turn and after reading some of the reviews about apartment experts I decided to give them a try. Nick contacted me and pretty much eased a lot of the tension that usually is associated with a situation like that. He gave me options, knew what the market was doing and what was possible and not possible. I swear I asked him a million questions but he had this look on his face like he knew what I wanted. He was also very patient which was definitely something that was required of the situation at the time as I had a million questions. I'd definitely recommend Nick to have by your side when looking for a place to live as he's pretty good at what he does. Also a very cool person all around which made the apartment shopping experience that much better. Thanks Nick and I appreciate all the work you did for me this year on getting me into my new place. I love it!!!! more

Best Apartment Locator in Austin! 3/9/2011

Sandra (Sandy) Hill of Apartment Experts was so great in helping us find an apartment. We made a last-minute move to Austin and didn't know the city at all but she found us a place 7 months ago (while we were going crazy living in a hotel) and we love the location. We wanted to be in walking/biking distance of great things for kids as we have a 3-year-old and near bus lines so we could get to places around the city and Sandy found us the perfect location, near the YMCA, Zilker Park, and close to 2 bus lines. She really worked hard to find us the right place and we appreciate it. more

Best Apartment Locator in Austin! 3/9/2011

Sandra (Sandy) Hill of Apartment Experts was so great in helping us find an apartment. We made a last-minute move to Austin and didn't know the city at all but she found us a place 7 months ago (while we were going crazy living in a hotel) and we love the location. Desiree went beyond any expectations I had with using an Apartment Locator. She took all the time needed to help me locate my choice Apartment. She drove me and my family around until we found exactly what I needed with very little time on my hands to get it done! We found it, I got approved and moved in within two days! I wouldnt go to any one else and I will call her again! more

Great service 2/27/2011

Desiree was an excellent apartment finder for us. She basically found exactly what we were looking for, and at a price cheaper than we had hoped. After not finding a unit with an initial call, she persisted and found an availability. This saved us so much time and trouble in finding an apartment, and we really love where we live. more

I was not looking forward to looking for an apartment in Austin. I just moved here a few weeks ago and I was having trouble finding a good place. I googled "apartment finder" for Austin and a bunch of them popped up. So I read the reviews on most of them and I settled on APARTMENT EXPERTS, because they had the best reviews in my opinion and now I know why. I got on their website, put my contact info and they literally called me back 2 minutes later. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I got there, we met Nick Ulrich. Travis Meador is the BEST!! 1/25/2011

I have never had an apartment locator that was this helpful. When I moved to Austin a few years ago I called a few locating services, who were rude, fast talkers and they did not listen to me. Travis gave me input on the areas I was interested in and very patient. I will be using Travis in the future and I recommend him to anyone who wants a top notch locator! more
