Very efficient 7/19/2011

Desiree Rico was great! I am moving from North Carolina to Austin and do not have a chance to make it to Austin before we actually move there. She called me and asked all of the right questions and within a week she had found me 8 great options in all different parts of town that would work with my 2 large dogs. She gives you all of the necessary information and lets you take your time to make your choice. Then, she's always quick to respond when and if you ever have questions. I have put down a deposit on an apartment at a complex she found for me and I'm moving in next week! more

Very efficient 7/19/2011

Desiree Rico was great! I am moving from North Carolina to Austin and do not have a chance to make it to Austin before we actually move there. She called me and asked all of the right questions and within a week she had found me 8 great options in all different parts of town that would work with my 2 large dogs. She gives you all of the necessary information and lets you take your time to make your choice. Then, she's always quick to respond when and if you ever have questions. I have put down a deposit on an apartment at a complex she found for me and I'm moving in next week! more

Call JUDY ALEXANDER!!!! 7/10/2011

Judy Alexander came highly recommended by the Assistant Manager of our current apartment complex. We had dealt with another apartment locator in town last year and had a terrible experience (A+, big waste of time). Judy was a breath of fresh air. We had already rented an apartment we thought would work, but found out last minute that none of our furniture would work and we were back to square one. I called Judy, and less than 5 minutes later (on a Friday afternoon, no less) I had 5 good options in my email. We visited 2 of them that evening, and had a new apartment signed and approved by Saturday morning. Long story short, if you have the right apartment locator it can be an easy project. Excellent, Fast, and Friendly 7/8/2011

Desiree Rico is Amazing at her job! I researched a variety of locators, and picked Apartment Experts North based on positive reviews. I was placed in the good hands of Desiree that day. She asked me all of the relevent questions about what I was looking for in an apartment, and before the day was over she called back with some different options. I ultimately went with a lovely apartment, within my budget and fullfilling all of my requirements, as well as some additional perks :) It is perfect, and Desiree was so helpful in locating it as well as assisting with the additional processes of securing it. I'm new to Austin, so she quickly sent me e-mails with things to do in my particular area as well as downtown, and has made herself easily reachable, and offered future help after I move in. I highly recommend Desiree and Apartment Experts to help ease the stresses of finding a new place! more

Terri is GREAT .I called her up and with in an hour she met me at an apartment and had 2 others for me to see .I signed that day with the 2nd choice,she is great . I will tell all my friends that are looking for an apartment to call her. more

Desiree was great. She found two locations that worked great, and we were very efficient about finding what worked for me. Desiree is very cheerful and helpful, and I would recommend her to anyone. She even offered to split her IBC Root beer with me when we first met! Good choice more

Nick U is the best! 4/28/2011

Nick Ulrich was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would consider myself, probably one of his “pickier” clients. I wanted something nice, in my price range, in the location I wanted to be in, and a place that accepted puppies. Although I may have been a challenge, Nick was more than willing to go above and beyond to find me the right place. He really took what I wanted to heart and needless to say, I’m loving my new place! We are moving to Austin in May from Atlanta, GA. I was in town for only 1 weekend for an apartment hunting mission. I connected with Nick Ulrich based on the positive online reviews. So glad I did! Nick went out of his way to find us a great place and truly had our best interests at heart. Since I was only in town for the weekend, he took time out of his weekend to show me lots of different places that met my requirements. This is important - by carefully considering our needs, preferences, and lifestyle, I saved potentially wasteful trips to apartments that wouldn't have worked. Because Nick paid attention to what we were looking for, we were able to concentrate only on the right places. Nick was friendly, patient, and we actually had a darn good time on what could have been an exhausting mission. I hadn't expected to do so, but I ended up leasing an apartment that weekend - it had everything we were looking for. I was initially concerned about the distance from the "center of things", but Nick actually "commuted" with me from the Arboretum area (where my office is located) to the apartment to demonstrate how long it would take. Marilyn found a great variety of apartments all over town within in my price range and that met my needs before I was even landed in Austin. In two days we must have seen 10 different places, but she was very patient and helpful when it came to making a decision. There is no way I could have found, let alone seen all the apartments that she put together for me on my own. Marilyn made a potentially nerve-wracking and stressful situation pain free and enjoyable, cannot recommend highly enough. more
