Nick Ulrich was definitely awesome. I was about a month out of moving out of my folks place and was still relatively new to Austin. I really didn't know exactly where to go or where to turn and after reading some of the reviews about apartment experts I decided to give them a try. Nick contacted me and pretty much eased a lot of the tension that usually is associated with a situation like that. He gave me options, knew what the market was doing and what was possible and not possible. I swear I asked him a million questions but he had this look on his face like he knew what I wanted. He was also very patient which was definitely something that was required of the situation at the time as I had a million questions. I'd definitely recommend Nick to have by your side when looking for a place to live as he's pretty good at what he does. Also a very cool person all around which made the apartment shopping experience that much better. Thanks Nick and I appreciate all the work you did for me this year on getting me into my new place. I love it!!!!
