Yevette Taylor with apartment experts North, apartments searching made easy, Yevette a great person in general she takes the time to make and help me to find an apartment, after speaking with her over the phone about what i liked it was like she knew me already we visted a few place'es and all i had to do was pick the one for me, again thanks for you help and knowing your business it saved me time , your on my next Bar-b que list ... more

Rob Moreno: Lifesaver 2/7/2012

I was in desperate need of an apartment, as I was new to the area. I've rented before when entering a new area, so my stress level was very high. I called Rob on a listing, and he immediately offered me his entire afternoon to customize a set of listings, slim them down to find EXACTLY what I needed (and wanted), then took me on a tour of North Austin and the surrounding area to walk the properties. I finally found the PERFECT apartment, and I never would have even seen it had it not been for Rob. You're the best! more

Nick Ulrich IS an apartment expert! 1/21/2012

I needed an apartment right away and met with 2 other locators . They both showed me a bunch older looking properties in areas I didn't want to live in. I decided to make one more call and got Nick. He asked me a few questions and the next thing I know he meets me at a beautiful new property at a great price a few miles from my work. The entire process took only about an hour and a half before I was approved, and I love my apartment. Nick is just good at what he does. Thanks Nick! Mike Short more

Nick Ulrich IS an apartment expert! 1/21/2012

I needed an apartment right away and met with 2 other locators . They both showed me a bunch older looking properties in areas I didn't want to live in. I decided to make one more call and got Nick. He asked me a few questions and the next thing I know he meets me at a beautiful new property at a great price a few miles from my work. Farah is #1!!!!! 1/16/2012

Farah was an absolute joy to find. She made finding an apartment, which is one of the most stressful things, such an easy and enjoyable process. I met with her on a Monday and got my apartment by the end of the day!!! I was done moving in by the next day!!!! I have been telling all my friends what a great experience it was and that they should all go see Farah. If your looking for an apartment, Farah is your girl. more

AWESOME JOB! 12/21/2011

THANK YOU!! Nick Ulrich did a wonderful job helping me find my apartment. He even met with me on a Sunday to start weeding out apartments that were in my price range and was very helpful making all the calls for me. The one thing he did that put the icing on the cake was picking me up from work to go look at the apartment, knowing that I didn't have a car and the PT system can get hectic. I will definitely look for him again when I am in need of relocation of living!! FIVE STARS!! more

It has been a long journey for me to finally realize my dream of making a life in Austin (about 5 years in the making) and it has also been a long journey to finally have and find my own home again. Nick made the process wonderfully effortless and he was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. I could not believe how helpful Nick was! I am a very young picky female with a lot of needs and wants (1st floor, pet friendly, garage, gated, updated black appliances and granite counters with open kitchen) and Nick was patient with me and ALWAYS gave me options that were the nicest out there. I never felt like he was rushing me to a place so he could benefit from it, if it was not what I wanted he kept looking and never gave up. Nick is truly a good man through and through and cares about making you happy, even after you find your new place. I would tell anybody to give him a chance and I can guarantee he will find you your new home! more

Nick Ulrich found EXACTLY what we were looking for! 11/5/2011

All I can say is wow. I didn't know customer service like this still existed! I thought finding an apartment for my in-laws would be next to impossible, especially since they had very specific requirements (ground floor, walk in shower, washer and dryer included). Not only did Nick find exactly what we were looking for in record time, he followed up not ONCE but TWICE to make sure my in-laws were happy with their apartment! He delivered top notch service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment. more

Travis Meador is a miracle worker! 10/4/2011

I am more than thrilled with the service I received from Travis Meador! I was despairing of finding any apartment that would accept my gentle, adult female Doberman because she is classified as an ""attack breed."" Haha I contacted Travis by email in the late evening, and by the next morning he was calling me with information about an apartment that suited my needs AND would take my sweet girl. I was able to get the app filled out that day and locked in my new place! He definitely went above and beyond, and most of all his service is FREE! I could not be more satisfied. more
