Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling

I was completely and totally taken advantage of. They came out to replace an outside faucet that had burst. This was very easily accessible from under the kitchen sink and the tech wasn't even at my home for an hour. The actual job itself took less than 20 minutes. I paid over $450. I later call out to other plumbers and get a quote of $85 plus parts (estimating the part would be around $45), and $120 including parts. I've used them for years and have had everything from pipes fixed to a dual a/c and furnace installed. Never again. I'm cancelling my ASAP as well. RUN from this company. more

Ed was amazing in helping me navigate my basement over the phone to shut off my main line. Stefanie (dispatch manager) was equally great in tracking Ed down to help me during the emergency. My bad experience has been over a year ago. When i hear their jingle, i cringe. The tech was out to do my a/c tune up. He was outside and said he would be a while outdoors. I quickly jumped in the shower and when i got out, my technician was outside my bathroom about a foot from my glass shower door.My bathroom in the back part of the house does not have a door, but does have several mirrors. He had no reason to be back in that part of my house. It was no where close to my HVAC unit. I am a man, but was very uncomfortable with him standing outside my door when i got out of the shower.Idont know how long he was out there either. I called in and reported it to their customer service dept and wanted to talk to the owner Steve. I was told he was out of town but would return in a day or so. He never called me. His Operations Mgr called me, his sales mgr called me but Steve ( you have my undivided attention until my phone rings) Burbridge never found time to call. I have requested to be off their mailing list and call list, yet just this afternoon i got another call for my tune up. Can you trust them with your house keys- i dont know, i do know that i DONT. Hope this finally gets your attention - Steve! more

I cannot say enough good things about your company and the technician. It was Sunday night and our tech arrived about 8:45 PM and didn't leave until around 11:30 PM. The heat was cool and since my husband is recovering from major surgery we became concerned. Our appointment wasn't until Thurs. So we were pleasantly surprised when the tech called Saturday morning. While our thermostat worked, it was very hard to read. The new one has a light built into it so I don't have to turn on a hall light that shines into the master bedroom. Thank you so much! more

We had a great experience with Anthony Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We were in a pretty tight situation where we were going on vacation the next day and our air conditioning suddenly went out. They were able to send a technician out at 10:30 at night and the gentleman was extremely professional, patient with all of our questions, and just wonderful to work with. He completely shared everything that he was doing with us so that we understood it and fixed our air conditioner so we could go on vacation feeling comfortable. I have gone to Anthony Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for about a year now, and I don't think I would ever want to use anybody else. I really feel like their statement is true -- you really can trust your house keys with Anthony's. They're definitely my go-to company. They have installed two furnaces and two air conditioners, replaced four toilets, and have done some plumbing and sink work for me. They always call ahead of time, show up on time, and I know I can trust them when they get here. After everything is done, the work is always absolutely perfect. We had our heating and cooling system installed in August and were very pleased with the customer service we received. Everything went very smooth and we were kept well informed throughout the install. There was minimal time used for the install! Our family's time is precious to us and did not feel it was infringed on by the install at all. Infact, we hardly even realized the air was off for any length of time! We can't song the praises enough on the commitment Anthony has to keeping customers informed and the dedication to the professional technicians we encountered. THANK YOU, Anthony! Our AC stopped working last night and fortunately for us Anthony PHC was able to come out immediately and fix the problem (very important in 98 degree weather). Our service technician, Joshua, was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was extremely patient in explaining exactly what the problem was, showing us the test results and resolving the issue in a very short time. I can't think of a better person to come to our home and help us. In my experience, it is very rare to have a quality individual with both the personality and the technical skills resolve complex problems. If all your technicians are as good as Joshua, your company should do well for a very long time more

I bought a new air conditioner and also got a free furnace. Anthony Plumbing, Heating & Cooling removed my old system all the way down to the intake, took everything out, and put in a larger intake. The gentlemen even cut custom metalwork for the job. They created a very, very impressive installation for a furnace. And, he actually swept the floor! I was impressed, they did an awesome job. more

Anthony Plumbing, Heating & Cooling really delivers with their service. They're prompt, courteous, and show up when they say they will. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of at all and they charge very reasonable prices. They do routine checkups and maintenance for my furnace and air conditioning units. I actually had an emergency last week where my furnace broke in the middle of the night and I had to call them at four in the morning. I really appreciated them coming out within a couple of hours to temporarily fix the problem until they could receive the new part that needed to be replaced. This is my second year using them and I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm overall really pleased and would definitely recommend them. more

If somebody asked me, I would probably recommend Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I've been pleased with their service. When the guys come, they seem knowledgeable and seem to know what they're doing. They don't take a lot of time chit-chatting, but they do tell you things you need to know. They put covers on their shoes, so they don't make the house a wreck. They clean the air conditioner on the outside and tune it up so it's going to work right when it's supposed to. All of those things are a plus for me. We had them with a company that some of their principles used to work for that is no longer local and we like local, so we went after them. I think it's been a little over a year since we made that switch. I had a very interesting experience once. For some reason our doorbell wasn't working. The person who was coming to repair our air conditioner that day actually telephoned me and when I answered he said, "Are you home?" I said, "Yes, I am" and he said, "Well, I'm on your doorstep." I really appreciated that he did that rather than coming to my house and just leaving after ringing the doorbell and getting no response. I didn't have to pay a fee for him being there and me being there, but him not getting an immediate response after ringing the doorbell. That was quick thinking on his part and I really appreciated it. more
