Doug had come out to replace a sump pump for us due to selling our house and inspector had requested it to be replaced. When he arrived he greeted me at the door with my newspaper from the driveway. He quoted me a price and explained what he was gonna do and what he would install. I also mentioned that the inspector wrote up a vent that was not connected in the crawl space. He looked at it and said no problem when I'm finished with the pump I will climb in there and fix it also. Doug made me feel so comfortable that I wentahead and left him in my house alone and went to work. He called me about a hour later and said he was done and left all the paperwork on counter. He then asked if I wanted him to let the dog off the leash since he was done. It was a very pleasent experiance and will recommend Anthony's and Doug to everyone! Great Job Guys! more

We had been having problems recently with our A/C leaking refrigerant and contacted one local company who were unable to detect the leak. We called Anthony to give us a second opinion and you guaranteed you would find the leak, which you did. Later, Gary came to our house and replaced the faulty part. I would like to especially commend Gary for the work he did. A storm was moving into the area and I told him I understood if it was not possible to finish the work that evening. In spite of pouring rain, he proceeded to drain the refrigerant, replace the evaporator coil, and recharge the unit leaving it in great condition. He was pleasant, efficient, and dedicated to the job. We will no doubt call you the next time we have any problems. more

Having the man from Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling do a checkup on our heating system in the fall was just great. We didn't have any complaints with his service, so of course we have to give five out of five! more

I was with Neal Harris when Larry Teroy was working there. He always did excellent service for me. When I heard that he had left and I had a problem with my furnace I wanted to get him out to do the job. I wasn't that crazy about Neil Harris and I had Larry's personal phone number, so I called him and found out he was working with Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling. So that was the reason I went with them. Larry is very thorough. He explains what he is doing. He doesn't just tell you you need a new furnace. He tries to fix it and tries to repair things. He's just a very honest technician. I think he's very good and I trust him. This is my first service with Anthony. My main thing is that I just am going to follow Larry. I trust him with my furnace and air conditioner. more

Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling replaced my sump pump with a battery operated sump pump. It went fine. It didn't take as long as I thought it would take. The guy who did the work was pretty professional. He knew what he was doing. I've had a couple of them come out and you can tell that they're highly qualified. They know what they're doing. You can tell that they're very educated or trained in the plumbing field. more

For over three years, we have had problems with our basement toilet backing up. We have used several different companies that have come out to remedy the problem. Each time, the problem seemed to be fixed, but would eventually return. Larry was able to accurately diagnose our problem and our toilet now works!! Larry was very informative, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be using this company for all of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs in the future. more

Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling has come out numerous times to service my heating/cooling systems. My house is 11 years old and the A/C went out last year so I purchased one from Anthony Plumbing because they gave me a good deal. The people they send out are real friendly and it almost feels like you know them, like they are close friends. Same experience when they installed my hot water heater. They have great deals in the spring for service calls and I just feel comfortable with them. more

The guys from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out and did the work on time, they stayed late to finish it in one day even though we had two days allotted for the work. The sales person went through the information and looked over extra information for me and he was conscientious about what he was doing. He presented 3 possibilities the way I wanted him to and he was willing to separate pieces out into different pricing and he seemed to have a good knowledge of the product. The guys finished in one day and had no problems getting things done-they cleaned up everything and everything seems to work-I haven't needed to use the A/C or heater yet! more

I called Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling on Friday morning, a little before 10am and the technician was here a couple hours later. He was able to figure out what was wrong and explain to me what was causing it. Nobody has been able to do that before. He let me know there was dirt in the lines. I wasn't even aware that could happen! He went over my options and gave me his recommendations which were to clean it or purchase a new furnace. We decided to find out about getting a new furnace instead of throwing a bunch of money at fixing something that was old. A salesman was able to come out that same day. It was super fast. He took time to talk to us and because I am disabled, and haven't gotten financial assistance in a year, he was able to set up a financial plan for us over the phone. On Saturday, the installers came in and were very professional. They went downstairs and installed it quickly. I was able to take care of everything myself, without bothering my husband while he was at work. I am absolutely comfortable using their service, this wasn't the first time. I've used them many times before and always have enjoyed their service. I give them a 5+ for everything! more

Our air conditioner wasn't working the other day, I turned it on before work and then left. I came home and found out it wasn't cooling so I called Anthony. It was about 6 or 7 when I called, and they were still able to come out that night and fix it. more

Jason was an excellent plumbing tech. He took his time and thoroughly inspected all of my plumbing throughout the house. He gave great feedback on how to handle any issues that I've been having as well as good ways to maintain my pipes and water sources. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft and spoke to me in terms that I could understand and didn't leave any questions on the table. Overall I was very pleased with his service. more

My most recent experience with Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling was fantastic. The gentleman came out and explained what we needed by way of a furnaces. He answered all of our questions. In my experience, when asking a question of a male technician, they tend to talk down to women. That was not the case here. He was professional, straight-forward, and had a great sense of humor. He suggested a good product that met our needs at a good price. The guys who installed it were also great. They were in and out quickly. It was a great experience. more

Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump, furnace and air conditioning unit for us. We had some mechanical problems with the outside heat pump so they completely replaced it free of charge. They troubleshoot any problems, they are prompt, on-time, tidy, polite, and personable. They know what they are doing and you can request a specific serviceman if you'd like. We have chosen Dale because we are very pleased with his diagnostic skills. We have been extremely satisfied these past 2.5 years with them. more

The technician found a significant gas leak near the gas valve. He repaired it and now I have an angel at your business. He was caring and listened to me instead of just dismissing my concerns and saved my life, my husband's and my 13 year old German shepherd. I owe my new air in my house to Carley.
