First, I would not recommend this kennel to anyone. When I picked up my dog from there, I was charged for medications. I asked for what ,and the owner, Anna, said, your dog had diarreah. It's understandable to give a dog an immodium or something, but whatever the dog ate, ended her life Then to top it all off, Anna demanded that I pay cash or make the check payable to her. As a business owner I know this is completely illegal and my money was not going towards business expenses or proper bookkeeping. I do beleive that there is some care for the animals, because if there wasn't the place would have been shut down long ago, but to medicate a dog when you are not even certified to diagnose or perscribe them is simply malicious and to top it off, treating your customers like your personal bank is overly unprofessional, unexceptable, and rude, especially after you wrongfully medicate their loved one.
