I used and recommended this kennel for over 3 years, several times per year. In late 2008 I noticed the level of care had really fallen off. The last time I used the kennel my dogs were malnourished and dehydrated when I picked them up after a 9 day stay. I saw on the news that another border during the same time period had pressed charges against them for neglecting their dog.The toys and treats that I had left for the dogs were still unopened in their packages. They have a 2 night minimum policy so if you just need an overnight, you will pay for 2 nights... AND if you have to cut your trip short for any reason you pay for your original dates you reserved. I had a family emergency and had to come back from a 2 week trip after 9 days and I had to pay the remainder of the days for 2 dogs even though I had picked them up. AND I had been a good customer... it doesn't matter how often you use them ... you won't build up any good will. This used to be a good kennel but i don't think the original people are still involved. I would never use or recommend this kennel again. I would have given them 0 stars but you cannot post without at least 1 star.
