Never take your animal here! I boarded my dog here for 3 weeks. He has been boarded this long every year, and the facility was recommended by my vet. When I picked him up my dog was completely emaciated. He was covered in urine. He was dehydrated, malnourished, and losing his hair. I called 3 times while away to check on him, and they told me every time that he was fine. I immediately took him to the vet and he was kept overnight hooked up to IV's due to his condition. When I called the kennel after seeing the vet, they were not concerned with the dog's condition whatsoever. It seemed that my dog had been completely neglected for the entire time I was gone. My vet was appalled and needless to say they will no longer be recommending this kennel.
