Cal was great 4/11/2017

I was having so much trouble with my Samsung front load washer and issues with dryer. Andy's technician Cal came by and is the gold standard of technicians. Gave great estimates and once the parts were shipped made repairs that day and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I'm am nothing short of amazed on the work that Cal did here. I would most definitely recommend Andys appliance and repair to anyone that need work done. If anything ever needs work again their the only number I'm calling. Great job. more

Awesome same day service on a dishwasher. 3/6/2017

Adam was superb and punctual. What blew me away was I called at 8am about scheduling a service call and they had Adam there at 10:00 am. Great service!! more

Mother' washer repair 2/15/2017

My mother is 84 yrs old and called Andys for her washer that wasn't draining in final cycle. They came out to look and told her she needed a pump. Pump shipped in after it was ordered and they came back out to replace the part. After further diagnostics it wasn't the pump at all, they could have just replaced the part and charged her for the repair with new part. Very honest and mom was happy. Thanks so much for the great service. Will recommend Andys to all. more

Fantastic Service 2/10/2017

Adam came out this morning to work on my clothes washer. He was on time, which is important because I need to get to work on time myself and he was finished in less than an hour! I am thrilled and would recommend your service to anyone! more

Great Company 11/22/2016

Andy’s Appliance, I would like to say how great your Employees are. I always make sure I call you first to have any of my appliances worked on. Also, your Employees make the customer feel like family. I just wanted to take a moment to say “Cal Overton” was out to our home again today to look at my refrigerator again. We have had Cal out a few times and he is an exceptional technician. He always does a great Job for us. I would appreciate if you take the time to let him know how good of work he does. Would hihgly recommend Andy's Appliance Repair to fix as an alternative to replacement 10/26/2016

Dishwash quit in the middle of the cycle. Made the call to Andy and he was out the next day. He provided a estimate and gave me ample time to decide what I wanted to do. Called the next day to have him repair and was out at 7:30 the next day. more

These guys are GREAT! 9/20/2016

I called Andy's to come take a look at my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. They were here the next day and got it working like new again. I love these guys! The techs explained the problem, gave me an estimate and then fixed it same day. I'll call no one else and recommend Andy's to my friends too. Thank you!! more

Dishwasher 9/18/2016

The technician fixed the problems we had with our dishwasher and showed us how to keep the drain and food trap clean. I felt better knowing that we could improve the condition of our dishwasher with simple care instructions. However the manner of the technician was impatient and came across as rude. We would still use Andy's appliance but I would hope the customer service piece could be improved. Terrible service. Came to house 7 different times 8/25/2016

We'll hope to never call Andy's appliance ever again came to the home several different times to try to fix simple ice maker had to argue with them at the very and to get some of my money back as the ice maker is still was not fixed There were also very rude to me where I had to talk to the owner Would never use Andy's appliance ever use someone else more

Quick, efficient and affordable 8/21/2016

I made an appointment one afternoon and Jeremy Lachance was there the next morning as scheduled. I received a call letting me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer, explained it to me and went to work fixing it. He did not have one part that was needed and with a call it was delivered to my home so he could continue working without having to go and get the part. Everything was cleaned up when the repair was finished. Jeremy even had to contend with my "curious" cat for the first few minutes. Andy's Appliance is the first one I call when I have a problem. I would strongly recommend them to all my family and friends. more

Outstanding Service 7/27/2016

My mother is very ill and our wasing machine broke down. Our service tech was right there and worked diligently to fix it asap. He was courteous, caring and very honest about our situation. I highly recommend this team for appliance repair. more

The worst service ever! 7/16/2016

Freezer was only getting to 20 degrees. Fridge was fine. Aaron evidently misdiagnosed problem. They ordered parts and didn't call me when they came in. Bill installed new parts to the tune of $392 plus $73 for diagnoses and said give it 4-6 hours. Next morning freezer temp was 43 degrees and all freezer food was spoiled. Bill came again and said Aaron must have misdiagnosed the problem. Could not get manager or owner to call me back on Friday and no one works on Sat. I will report all to BBB and Angie's list and whoever I can. Hope they can fix problem come Monday. Will ask for repair, full refund and reimbursement on frozen food. Since this was their screw up I feel this is only right. Will see what Monday brings. more

Range/dryer repair 6/7/2016

Andy's Repair is the best! I have used them to repair my range and my dryer this year. It is easy to schedule an appointment and they come within the time they say they will, plus call me 10 minutes before they come! Different repairmen have fixed my range and my dryer. They both have been respectful, helpful, and competent! They have answered my questions and fixed my appliances quickly! Both technicians were careful about how they treated the rest of my home too...taking shoes off, putting mats down to move the appliance, cleaning up the work area. Andy's is the best! more

Expensive Repair / Service call 3/23/2016

Recently had a technician out to work on a non cooling refrigerator. Arrived at house around 2:20 out the door at 3:10. Fixed the unit than dropped the bombshell $295.25. He did offer a $10.00 coupon which is fine but thought the overall charge ridiculous. Part can be purchased online for $19.90. Don’t get me wrong I'm willing to pay for a repair and I understand they are going to mark the part up. I know they pay less than an internet offered price but assuming they paid the same as I could and marked it up 50 points to $39.80, $245.45 labor for less than an hour at the house seems a little steep. Plan on spending $85.00 to show up to your house than get out the checkbook. I work in the service industry, normally the service call price includes your first hour of diagnostics and if can be repaired the job. Good service/Overpriced.. JMO.
