The technician fixed the problems we had with our dishwasher and showed us how to keep the drain and food trap clean. I felt better knowing that we could improve the condition of our dishwasher with simple care instructions. However the manner of the technician was impatient and came across as rude. We would still use Andy's appliance but I would hope the customer service piece could be improved.
