Wow! I have read some of you peoples negative comments. I am grateful for Dr. Parks and his staff, especially the MALE one. And, by the way, HE has a name! He is NOT rude to anyone. How dare you! Have you ever tried to be kind to the staff there? Are you aware that there are a lot of us pet owners out there? Yes, they are busy, and yes they have a lot of clients. In my book, that equals good people taking care of my dogs. I know each and everyone of them by name. Know why? Because I took the time to ask them. They deserve respect. My dogs lives are in their hands. As far as your ""wait"" time, have you ever considered that sometimes emergencies occur? Let me tell you, if I was one client waiting and some dog's life was on the line, I would sit there patiently, and love up on my doggie. I would hope and expect that any of you whiners here would do the same, if it was my dog in trauma. All of the people there have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Let me just give you some examples. I cannot walk due to a bad knee. My dog needed to be brought in for a blood draw. Jessica, a tech met me at a back door, took my Nico in, drew his blood, and brought him right back to me. On that same occasion, the MALE employee brought out my receipt and credit card so I could pay my bill! I cannot continue this without telling everyone ....His name is Manny. He is such a sweet guy, and very knowledgeable about his job! My dog is on a special diet, and I purchase a large bag of dry food for Nico. Guess who carries it to my car at the back of the building? Manny .... On one of the occasions when I had to wait, I NEVER heard Manny be ""rude"" to anyone! The phone seems to ring constantly and Manny is polite to everyone! As far as the staff goes. Are any of you aware that they even have ""volunteers"" who come in and help with the load? Please, people, have a little compassion. They have a stressful job. Could any of you animal lovers work there and possibly be subjected to injured or sick animals being brought in? \r Someone said that the place is ""dirty"". At this very moment, they are remodeling the clinic. And,,,, I have personally seen the techs clean and spray disinfectant in the exam rooms when a pet leaves. \r Regarding Dr. Parks .....I am glad he is taking care of my dogs. My German Shepherd, Nico is very sick. Dr. Parks has tried everything and today Nico had a good day. Dr. Parks always calls me back and is very kind and respectful to me. He explains in detail to me what is going on with Nico. And yes, like others have mentioned , he will help when you need help financially, which shows me that he cares. \r I would ask those who have had bad things to say about Dr. Parks, Manny, Mary, Soara, Jessica, Evelyn, and the rest of the people who work there and the volunteers too to read what I have posted here and look for positive things, instead of the negative. This is So Calif. We have a lot of people who live here. Don't most of us have to wait in traffic, the market, the mall, a doctor appointment? It is what it is and we all have to get along.\r Thanks for reading. more

I live in Burbank, and I make the drive to Anaheim because Dr. Park is THAT good.\r I've taken my animals to the same vet closer to my house for the past 16 years. And although it was nice to go to the same vet because she knew my dogs, and their history, I decided to take my 16-year-old blind dog who had a heart murmur to Dr. Park.\r My old vet wanted to run blood tests before putting her on medication and it would be pretty pricey because Happy was an ""older"" dog. A friend had recommended Dr. Park so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was so glad I did.\r Happy's heart murmur is not cured, but definitely under control. She no longer coughs (symptom of heart murmur). Her medication has been adjusted a few times (increased dosage) but she seems to be doing really well.\r Recently, Happy had been waking up at all hours of the night, barking like crazy. I've had her for 16 1/2 years... I know her ""sad"" bark when I hear it. When I asked Dr. Park what he might think, he said that given her age, she might be going through early stages of alzheimer's. He also said that she's probably waking up in the middle of the night, confused and scared, hence the ""sad"" bark. However, as long as she still ""recognized"" me (by smell and sound I'm assuming), he said I shouldn't worry too much. Saddened, but desperate for some sleep one night, I remembered what Dr. Park said and put Happy up on the bed with me. Since she recognized my ""smell"", she fell right to sleep!\r I've had to call Dr. Park on numerous occasions, and he's always been so helpful. He knew that I have quite a drive to the hospital, so instead of always asking me to bring her in everytime, he's been very helpful and tried to do as much as he could to help me over the phone.\r I would drive through fire and water for the well-being of my furbabies. It's nice to know that after the long drive to Anaheim, Dr. Park and his friendly staff are always more than helpful and I get the feeling that they genuinely care about me and my babies. more

The people are always friendly and it's so much nicer than the corporate places that are everywhere else. They really care about the health of your pet not just what they can push on you to make money. more

My friend referred me to this vet and I decided to give it a try, since it's just down the street from my house. The vet, Dr. Park actually seems to genuinely care about the animals and actually takes his time during the appointments. I didn't feel rushed at all and he listened patiently to my concerns. The prices were very competitive and affordable (I had been going to VCA and Dr. Park's prices are like 1/3 of the prices at VCA). more

We had to put our cat down in April and we were overwhelmed with the compassion and kindness we received. They allowed us to stay past their closing time to spend our final moments with our beloved Tobey. We are so grateful for everything they did for us.\r \r We highly recommend them. more

My first encounter with Dr. L. Sauer was with my cat Smokey, he had a urinary stricture and was on Deaths Door, with prompt attention, professional care and a loving environment, my Smokey did exceedingly well. The cost was ""competitive"", it was based on Smokeys' needs, not what benefited the ""clinic"". I have continued with Dr.Sauer, as well as reccomended his clinic to my friends with positive feedback.. more

This place is great! From the outside it didnt look like much but the receptionists and doctor were so great to puppy! She really liked them too. and a couple weeks after our visit the doctor called wanting to know how his patient was doing! not even MY doctor does that! Great vet and very inexpensive.\r more

I highly recommend this wonderful little Clinic. My 10 year old cat had a urinary obstruction, was at death's door, and Dr. Sauer and his assistant, Stefan, along with the rest of the staff, brought him back to life! Since, then, absolutely no problems. Dr. Sauer suggested an appropriate diet and he's returned to his kitten-ish self. I can't thank enough, Dr. Scott, Stefan, and the supportive techs at this Clinic. My cat was hospitalized for nearly two weeks and the charges were so incredibly reasonable compared to every other Vet Clinic I've been to in the past 20 years with all my animals. One Clinic wanted to charge me 4 times the rate I was quoted and billed by Dr. Sauer. The compassion and professional care given to my pet - and - myself is beyond compare. I will return for all my pet's needs - and will probably even drive a considerable distance if I move from the area.\r more

I have been in several times with my older pet and a new puppy. The service was very friendly. The new owners have very fair prices compared to the last veterinarian I was seeing. The doctors seem to have alot of experience and are very informative. I have yet to be disappointed with there service. more

When you walk through the door you immediately get the feeling that everything is going to be alright with your pet. I was so worried about my poor dog. He hadn't eaten in so long and was losing weight. Dr Moore\r \r suggested bloodwork and spent more time with us that day than I expected. The hospital was busy but she\r \r took the time to explain everything and answered every question I had. The next day Dr Sauer called with\r \r the results of the bloodwork. He went through every detail and explained it with care and compassion (because the news wasn't good). Although our dog is no longer with us, the level of expertise and professionalism that Dr Moore and Dr Sauer showed our family during this difficult time will never be forgotten. Every member of the staff was curteous and helpful. The prices were extremely reasonable. more
