The customer service has rally diminished here since Dr.Sauer has gone. Very unprofessional, uncaring staff,its all about the $$$ here. Jenifer in front is highly rude,bad attitud...

We recently adopted our cat, Winston and wanted a check up. Dr. Park and his staff were compassionate and knowledgeable. The initial exam, vaccinations and micro chip were all done within 45 mins. The prices were reasonable and we highly recommend this clinic! more

Great staff and wonderful doctor! My husband came home from work to find our 8 year old cocker spaniel had gotten into one of the Christmas presents under the tree...a 1lb box of See's dark chocolate - AHH! After reading about how bad it is for dogs to eat chocolate let alone a 19lb dog eating an entire 1lb of chocolate I frantically called Anaheim Animal Care. The lady who answered the phone was super calm and helpful. We rushed over and even though we were first time patients we were seen within minutes. That makes such a difference when your heart in your stomach worried for your pet. Prices are very reasonable and I loved that they stayed later to work on our baby! Penny's doing 100% better and I can't thank this place enough for the awesome job they did. They saved her life. We will definitely be back! more

Very friendly informative staff 5/7/2012

Have been going there about 2 years and had several animals vaccinated, spayed and neutered there. Got good group rates. Very friendly informative staff. Vets and staff have a lot of experience and do quality work. Staff and Vet actually apologized for there prices because there costs are going up (even thought they were way cheaper than my other vet or other vets I priced). Where really helpful when I had a seriously ill cat . They kept discounting there prices so I could keep treating my cat. This was expensive but it would have cost me twice as much or more at another clinic. more

I've had to call Dr. Park on numerous occasions, and he's always been so helpful. He knew that I have quite a drive to the hospital, so instead of always asking me to bring her in everytime, he's been very helpful and tried to do as much as he could to help me over the phone. more

I get the feeling that they genuinely care 5/1/2012

I would drive through fire and water for the well-being of my furbabies. It's nice to know that after the long drive to Anaheim, Dr. Park and his friendly staff are always more than helpful and I get the feeling that they genuinely care about me and my babies. more

Dr. Park was so nice 4/26/2012

I took kitten Jack for his first vet exam and shots last Friday. The lobby was busy and I had to wait a bit but I found out that they were short staffed. Dr. Park was so nice and even though Jack was scared, I felt he was in good hands. I bought the kitten package which includes first exam, all shots, and all following exams for the next 4 months- all for $78!!! Such a deal! Everyone was great there. more

Very knowledgeable vet and really friendly! I took in a german shepard mix stray dog I found about two weeks ago and Dr. Park liked the idea of me adopting him instead of giving him to the shelter. Since I adopted him he gave me HUGE discounts because I decided to keep a stray dog off the streets! He gave me a free rabies vaccine and complete service of check ups on my dog for cheap! my bill went from about 320 to 190!!! Dr. Park is amazing and answered all my questions!!!! Really helpful guy and great service more

highly recommend the facility 6/13/2011

The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly care about pets as well as the owners. They have evening and Saturday hours which makes getting an appointment very easy. They have good contacts throughout the county and always have the information needed to make a diagnosis or to consult with a specialist. Most of all they are very caring and take the time to spend with me as well as my dog. I highly recommend the facility, doctors and staff. more

They know me and my pets . The staff is really friendly and the vets take time to really care for my pets. There is no wait to see the doctor and is not overcrowded. It is located in a good neighborhood . more

Won't overcharge you 5/10/2011

The doctors are great, friendly and will not overcharger you. They even stayed late until I got there with my cat since it was an emergency and they didn't want me to get overcharged at an after hours animal facility. Love these guys and so do my cats! more

This place is great! From the outside it didnt look like much but the receptionists and doctor were so great to puppy! She really liked them too. and a couple weeks after our visit the doctor called wanting to know how his patient was doing! not even MY doctor does that! Great vet and very inexpensive. more
