We recently adopted our cat, Winston and wanted a check up. Dr. Park and his staff were compassionate and knowledgeable. The initial exam, vaccinations and micro chip were all done within 45 mins. The prices were reasonable and we highly recommend this clinic! more

The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly care about pets as well as the owners. They have evening and Saturday hours which makes getting an appointment very easy. They have good contacts throughout the county and always have the information needed to make a diagnosis or to consult with a specialist. Most of all they are very caring and take the time to spend with me as well as my dog. I highly recommend the facility, doctors and staff. more

The customer service has rally diminished here since Dr.Sauer has gone. Very unprofessional, uncaring staff,its all about the $$$ here. Jenifer in front is highly rude,bad attitude, unprofessional to say the least. The rest are walking around dumbfounded not knowing what to do. The new doc is not too concerned with customers feelings and seems purely business motivated. I highly recommend going elsewhere,the new staff is hopeless. more

I highly recommend this wonderful little Clinic. My 10 year old cat had a urinary obstruction, was at death's door, and Dr. Sauer and his assistant, Stefan, along with the rest of the staff, brought him back to life! Since, then, absolutely no problems. Dr. Sauer suggested an appropriate diet and he's returned to his kitten-ish self. I can't thank enough, Dr. Scott, Stefan, and the supportive techs at this Clinic. My cat was hospitalized for nearly two weeks and the charges were so incredibly reasonable compared to every other Vet Clinic I've been to in the past 20 years with all my animals. One Clinic wanted to charge me 4 times the rate I was quoted and billed by Dr. Sauer. The compassion and professional care given to my pet - and - myself is beyond compare. I will return for all my pet's needs - and will probably even drive a considerable distance if I move from the area. \r \r \r We still haven't figured out what position the employee named ""Stefan"" holds. He tells clients that he's a Vet and does things that require a Veterinary license, but we've recently found out that he is an unlicensed foreign Vet who keeps failing the boards in this country. He doesn't even have a vet tech license so he shouldn't even be giving vaccines but he still does. Our first tip off should have been that the parking lot is almost always empty. There are never customers there. The first time we called we let the phone ring and ring, then we decided to just drive to the hospital since we live close. When we pulled into the parking lot the Vet and his tech - or the other Vet - or whatever he is- were sitting out in the back parking lot SMOKING CIGARETTES! We still thought we'd give them a chance but boy were we sorry we did. This is the most unprofessional vet hospital we had ever seen. When we asked about pricing, the first price we got seemed good but then it kept going up and up because they kept up-selling services and products. The Vet looked like he had just gotten out of bed and smelled like tobacco. I wouldn't let him WASH my dog let alone do surgery on him. Pros: Close to home Cons: It's a dump! The vet and staff have a very unprofessional appearance and demeanor and the prices seem to change every time I call more

Have been going there about 2 years and had several animals vaccinated, spayed and neutered there. Got good group rates. Very friendly informative staff. Vets and staff have alot of experience and do quality work. Staff and Vet actually apologized for there prices becuase there costs are going up (even thought they were way cheaper than my other vet or other vets I priced). Where really helpful when I had a seriopusly ill cat . They kept discounting there prices so I could keep treating my cat. This was expensive but it would have cost me twice as much or more at another clinic. Pros: Quality medicine, experienced friendly staff, discount vaccine clinic, good prices. Cons: Boards only small dogs and cats, no grooming only baths more

I went there to get my dog spayed. I called ahead & asked how much they charge for this service. I was told it would be $159.00. I asked is this the total cost. I was told yes. After I got there dropped my dog off for the surgery I was told it would be around $275.00. When you call to get a quote as for it in writing. They tack on exrta fees for everything. \r I was not impressed with the Vet at all. He came across as rude. When I tried to explain my shock at the price he said pay or I keep the dog. So I paid. I would not recommed taking your pet there unless you know up front what you will be charged. \r She was taken care of very well. Most of the staff is nice. They do great work. When you walk through the door you immediately get the feeling that everything is going to be alright with your pet. I was so worried about my poor dog. He hadn't eaten in so long and was losing weight. Dr Moore\r suggested bloodwork and spent more time with us that day than I expected. The hospital was busy but she\r took the time to explain everything and answered every question I had. The next day Dr Sauer called with\r the results of the bloodwork. He went through every detail and explained it with care and compassion (because the news wasn't good). Although our dog is no longer with us, the level of expertise and professionalism that Dr Moore and Dr Sauer showed our family during this difficult time will never be forgotten. Every member of the staff was curteous and helpful. The prices were extremely reasonable.\r We have found the veterinary hospital we've been looking for!
