THE PITS!!! 5/17/2006

American Access is AWFUL!!! Slow in responding. Letters supposedly sent, but never received. Claims adjusters and managers argue with and insult you. Use the basest bullying techniques. Very negative experience overall. A completely unprofessional operation. STEER CLEAR! more

The most awful insurance company known to man 2/12/2006

It has been 10 months since my hit and run accident, and the claim still remains unresolved. Insurance agencies should not be allowed to offer these people as an insurer. Absolutely the worst service, response time, overall communication, and customer service. They didn't even send me an policy until after my accident, and I had to request it from them still. They are the laziest group of employees I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Pros: cheap Cons: poor service, lazy employees, slow responses more

AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY 10/9/2005

EXTREMELY poor service. EXTREMELY rude personnel, particularly the claims adjuster. Every phone call to this company about a claim brings on a migraine. I can't stress enough how terribly this place will treat both you and your claim. Cons: Terrible service, Rude personnel, Huge Red tape more

Insurance company that causes damage 5/8/2005

The. Most. Terrible. Insurance. Provider. Our car got in a hit and run accident. It's been a month and we did not get ANYTHING from American Access, but neglection, rudeness and bad attitude. They made us go and pick up the copy of Police Report ourselves, NEVER return any of our calls, and they've been calling us LIARS since day one. Beware! more
