It has been 10 months since my hit and run accident, and the claim still remains unresolved. Insurance agencies should not be allowed to offer these people as an insurer. Absolutely the worst service, response time, overall communication, and customer service. They didn't even send me an policy until after my accident, and I had to request it from them still. They are the laziest group of employees I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
