I had a great experience at America's Service Station. All the guys were so nice and helpful!

Worst

According to Auto MD for this locale , I was considerably overbilled for work performed .

Unprofessional 12/30/2010

This service station quoted me prices and then billed more and the manager agreed with this and I protested and demanded the quoted price and then after the work was done they tried to add on an additional amount for the oil change which again was quoted as a lower amount. They further tried to investigate my vehicle for other work that could be done! Stay away from this company and use their competitor. more

I have been using America's Service Station for 5 years...to keep all three vehicles on the road! They are the best! I have never had anything less than superb service on every level from America's Service. We are three realtors living in Brookstone...car condition and capability is extremely urgent! They have done an incredible job for this long length of time and I am so glad to refer them to anyone I know! Linda E. Wallace more

Purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup that drove perfectly. Truck was inspected prior to purchase and nothing found wrong with front suspension. After new brakes were installed more than $2000 worth of work including replacement of two boots with identical holes the size of a screwdriver were found. Informed it would take several thousand dollars worth of work to rebuild front end. Changed service providers and new provider indicates truck simply out of alignment. more

Lack of Trust 12/29/2010

I just feel overwhelmed by the pressure you obviously place on your front desk guys to sell a service. It seems, based on my 3 or 4 visits, that you'll sell svcs regardless of whether the person needs them or not. I don't get a feeling that I can trust you guys! more

You spend too much effort trying to "sell up" more services. Just do what is asked and provide feedback of other items you observe; but don't push so hard. more

They did a great job for a cheap price and they did it quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only area I would say needs improvement is the workers being cautious about getting dirt/handprints inside the vehicle. Otherwise a wonderful experience. more

Routine problems 12/29/2010

This place is fine for Emission inspections, but I would avoid oil changes (loose, leaking oil plug) Brake inspections (stripped/broke off 2 lug nuts), and other similar complicated repair work. more

Great Service 12/28/2010

I had my Mothers vehcicle serviced while she was in town visiting (tune up for Christmas), she has been raving about how well the car runs since. Every two hundred miles or so on her drive back to Texas, she called reporting on how improved her miles per gallon are. more
