My first experience was yesterday and it was a very good one. Brandon was in touch with me during the servicing of my 2007 Toyota Prius to let me know their findings and offering service offerings that save money over time, including their 6-Pack Service, which allows you to prepay for regular maintenance at a heavily discounted price. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a place to service their out of warranty vehicles. more

good and bad 3/22/2011

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 45 minutes or so and they called me saying it was ready. I then drove home to realize that my tires were not rotated. I called up and they said "they forgot." I then had to drive back to get the service done. "I forgot" is not an excuse, that makes me wonder if they "forgot" to do my oil change too, or maybe next time they will"forget" to put all my lug nuts back on. This was very irritating to me as a customer. more
