I had a great experience at America's Service Station. All the guys were so nice and helpful!

Worst

According to Auto MD for this locale , I was considerably overbilled for work performed .

240 K miles on my Buick 10/12/2011

My '99 Buick has 240 K and continues to be both dependable and safe. America's SS has helped to maintain my car, from minor to major repairs. While some recommended repairs must be delayed, I do appreciate their comprehensive approach to maintenance and can plan ahead for things I'll need to consider in the future. I am satisfied with both the service and price. more

will never return...would not honor 19.95 oil change..charged 34.95...would not give 35.00 off over $100. spent...per coupon ( i did not have it with me)but i go there for all repairs. Previous Mrg. would have done this for me...but not these guys...will never go back, and advise friends the same more

Service for Vacation Trip 9/21/2011

My car was serviced promptly without problems. A radiation flush was recommended but nothing else. It had been serviced just a few short months ago so nothing drastic was needed. more

Service as expected - a little pricey, but deal should help out 9/13/2011

They seem to do a thorough job here and always seem courteous and professional. A single oil change is pricey compared to competitors; they say it's due to the quality of their oil. If you buy a no-expiration 5-pack of oil changes, the per visit price comes down to more competitive levels and seems a good deal. Another plus is that they are willing to work with repeat customers to throw in little extras from time to time. more

I relly like taking my vehicle to these guys. I have been using them for many years, I think this is now my 3rd vehicle they are servicing for me. They are convenient and pricing generally is competitive with other type services. more

Thorough and reasonably priced 8/30/2011

I had recently been to my authorized dealer (Infiniti) for some warranty work and they provided me a list of approximately $800 worth of additional work they suggested be completed. I held off and went to my local America's Service Station for an inspection and estimate. They did not come up with an identical list to what Infiniti recommended but some items were the same. On the like items they were significantly less expensive and overall, with coupon, I spent about $400 to get my vehicle back to tip top shape. more

Highly recommend. I have been very satisfied w/ 2 major (unrelated) service visits over the past 6 months. They take the time to make sure the customer understands what work will be done and why. The shuttle service is a huge plus. more

Oil Change and diagnostics 8/8/2011

I was pleased with the service provided to me last week. My only "complaint" is that I had an offiial appointment but there was no room in the bays for my vehicle - probably this is fairly normal, and I didn't have to wait long at all for the vehicle to be taken to an available bay. more
