People I can rely on when my wife/kids need help. 12/17/2011

I have been a loyal customer for many years with 6 autos and 3 children in University I need people I can TRUST to take care of my vehicles. I was out of town when my wife had a recent battery/electrical problem and they took care of it for her and went overboard to ensure fairness- I am very pleased. more

Excellent Help! 12/15/2011

I took my car in for an oil change before heading across town. They got me in and out in a short amount of time so I wouldn't get stuck in traffic. The facility was very clean and everyone was very courteous. I would recommend this shop to anyone who lives near here. more

Can't complain 12/15/2011

Don't know much about cars, but I had my Explorer towed to these guys. Seeing as my car wouldn't start, I thought I was gonna spend a lot of money, but they fixed it in one day and I didn't spend $1000 bucks. I would recommend this shop to anyone. more

As always, I can totally depend on the service you guys provide for me and my family. Being a Real Estate Broker...everything is an emergency. This particular day...I was due in one hour to pick up buyers for an afternoon of showing and thought I had a tire problem...everyone pitched in immediately. It was not a tire problem...much more serious. The car was towed in an up and running the next day. All this happened within ONE HOUR...that is how fast you moved to fix/analyze my issue and help me. I had some work done on my transmission and have not had a problem since...The price was better than any shop I could find around...I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good prices to complete quality car repairs. more

Unneeded Work 12/4/2011

Mechanic attempted to "sell" my wife a water pump replacement. Said "leaking". After over a month running daily, no fluid has been lost. Feels like a scam. more

Oil Change and Tire Rotation??? 11/24/2011

Need to get their Act Together... Oil seems to be changed, tires might have been rotated but all tires were still at 19 to 21 lbs of pressure so asking for the tires to be properly inflated was missed. With Oil Change they top off all fluids - Window wash fluid still half full and the radiator fluid still low. 2nd time they forgot something - last time it was the Oil Cap! Sad since they are so local to us, will have to go back to dealerships. The few extra bucks are worth it. more

Fast, courteous , and HONEST service . Brought a truck in that did not need emissions check ( and after review ) it was backed out of the bay with no charge . They had just completed my car with same service . more
