Professional, efficient and informative 7/8/2014

I used AmeriSpec Inspection Services for my first home inspection, so I had nothing to compare it to. I felt the person who did the inspection, I think his name was Eric, explained everything clearly. He did a good, thorough job of looking at the different areas of the house. I was a little fearful at first because I've heard that general inspections can be very simplified. But the inspector pointed out a number of concern areas for the old house I was looking at, which led me not to buy it. I really appreciated knowing what I was getting into. I considered doing some comparison shopping, and I even made a couple phone calls. But I was happy overall with the results and my experience with AmeriSpec. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, which I really appreciated. I would use them again! more

Good experience 6/27/2014

Mitch from AmeriSpec Inspection Services was very thorough and did a good job. He was right on time and pretty much ready to do the walk through when he arrived. It's the first time I've ever bought a house, and I learned a lot from the binder he left. It had a DVD and handouts full of information. It was very handy that he was able to print it all out for me. Overall, it was a good experience. more

My experience with AmeriSpec Inspection Services was actually quite pleasant and easy to handle. My inspector was incredibly professional. He answered all my questions and didn't rush through the questions that I had. He was incredibly thorough. This was my first home and I had never done this before, so I was glad that it wasn't stressful at all. more

This was my first time using AmeriSpec's services. I've bought and sold a few houses now. I like the DVDs Amerispec gives you so you can go back and reference it if you need to. They did a good job overall and I'm pretty happy with the service. I'd recommend them. more

Very pleased with the quality of the work 2/21/2014

I really like AmeriSpec Inspection Services. Kevin was very patient, thorough, and explained everything without missing a single detail. He was very courteous and did a really good job inspecting both the interior and exterior of our home. Our first experience with him turned out so well that we hired him again to inspect a different home. He was on time, professional, and efficient. The price was also very reasonable. Everything went fine 2/10/2014

AmeriSpec Inspection Services did a great job and caught everything. I've been in the house for three weeks now and I've had no issues. They did a walk through with me. We went through some of the stuff that was different like the fireplace. They addressed all my concerns and issues. more

Impressive service 2/4/2014

Amerispec did two home inspections for us. We put in an offer on a home and we had them inspect it. They found that there were major issues with the property so we were able to get out of the deal. They provided us with a very valuable service at that time. They also did the home inspection for the home that we ended up purchasing. We needed them to come out on Christmas Eve and they were able to accommodate that request. We were very impressed by that. Kevin, who did the first inspection did this inspection as well. We were glad that it was him because he did such a great job the first time. more

Amerispec did a good job for us. The inspector arrived on time. He did the inspection and showed us the various things he found. He informed us on what needed to be repaired, what it would take to do the repairs, and what costs were involved. We had a good experience with their service, and we are sure other customers of theirs will have good experiences, as well! more

Wouldn't go with anyone but Amerispec! 1/22/2014

I've used other companies before, but none of them compare with Amerispec in quality, price or professionalism. When I am either a buyer's agent or a seller's agent and the subject of a whole house inspection is brought up and my opinion is asked for, I always suggest Amerispec! When I see that one of my listings is using a company other than Amerispec, I cringe because you never know what to expect. With Amerispec, I know what to expect. Whether the results from the inspection are good or bad, I know I can trust their analysis of what needs to be done. I've been doing this for 17 years, and I've been using Amerispec since they started out. I suggest you use them! You won't be disappointed! more

Amerispec seemed to do a pretty good job. I appreciated the professionalism of the inspector and the time he took to show us everything. They did what they were hired to do. I'm not actually living in the house yet and this was my first time using their service, but I found them to be kind and courteous and the inspector seemed to do a pretty thorough job. more
